YOU GOT TO BE KIDING

THE MANAGER IS NO WAY A THIEF. HE DOES EVER THING HE CAN TO HELP HIS TENANTS AND HE HAS BEEN IN MY APT DELEVERING PACKAGES AND NEVER HAS TAKEN ANY THING AND HE NEVER WOULD. WHO EVER SAYS DIFFERENT NEEDS TO GET HELP. HE ALSO TAKES CAR OF OUR PETS WHEN WE GO OUT OF TOWN. YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A MORE CARING AND TRUSTING PERSON THE HIM AND HIS WIFE. AS FOR CALLING HIM A PERVERT That's A JOKE.

THE BUILDING AND MANAGERS DO EVERY THING THEY CAN TO KEEP THE TENETS HAPPY.

Our manager meant everything to us

I'm truly heartbroken about our manager's relocation. This building feels like home because of him. Whenever my family faced challenges, he was consistently there to help us through them. I view him as part of my family—he's simply an amazing person. He's been thoughtful, supportive, compassionate, kind, and genuinely enjoyable company. I would do whatever it takes to have him reassigned back to our building.

Outdated Gym Equipment and Unpleasant Odors?

Do the math and that's three decades worth of accumulated gross perspiration. Plus there's this unsettling guy who lives in the Blace and constantly yells at himself, which gets disturbing!

Went to look at the open unit they had in this building, like the building and unit so I took an application and told them I'd like to take the unit. They told me they weren't showing the unit to anyone and I should drop the application off the next day. Then when I call them to find out when someone would be in the office for me to drop the application and a deposit off they tell me they rented the unit. I was then told that if i like it i should have given them a holding fee. Not once did they mention this when I was there, I had my checkbook with me at the time and would have given them the full deposit on the spot. To try and make up for it they told me to come by and look at another unit only to get a call later saying they can't show that unit. At this point I had already put in to take time off work. Really poor management in this complex.

We lived in this building for years and I agree with all the reviews that the Husband and Wife team were the very best in all respects. Wonderful people in every respect.We stayed in this building, delayed purchasing a home because of the care we received from them. Once the owners transferred them to a building on National we started looking to move....which we did. The apartment location is the very best and always enjoyed living there.

I am so saddened by the transfer of our manager. He is reason why I live in this building.He was always there for my family if we had any problems.I consider this man my family he is just the best person. Thoughtful, helpful,caring, gentle and just a really fun and funny guy to be around I will do anything to get him tranferred back to aour buiding.

This was the BEST apartment I've ever lived in. The manager was great and always responded to any problems asap. I hardly had any problems other than the occasional maintenance request, but even at 3AM he was there to fix it with a smile on his face. The manager even gave the tenants Christmas cards every year. I've never seen a place do that, or even remember their tenants names. Packages were delivered in the apartment, my cat was taken care of when I was on vacation, basically he goes above and beyond what any manager would do. I always felt safe in this building, and the neighbors were pretty quiet too. I wish I didn't have to move, but I hope at least one person finds this review helpful =)

I AGREE THE MANAGER IS THE BEST. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT YOU NEED HIM HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.

Hey guys, I agree with all of the up to date reviews. The managers are magnificent. The old review calling him a pervert and thief are in regards to the previous super. I have heard stories of him from the old-timers in the building. He was fired years ago...even before that 2005 review was posted. This is a wonderful place to live.
