Staff and Maintenance is always on point. Anytime I need something fixed or handled they get the job done. The area is pretty quiet and the residents also easy to live next to. The amenities that come with the building sells you!

I moved in to 1000 Grand in December, and so far it has been the best experience. You get the downtown LA feel, without breaking the bank like a high rise. The office staff are beyond helpful for any situation especially Brianna and Lexi.

Loved the property, staff is really friendly and efficient. Definitely a place to call and right in the center of everything. Beautiful views of downtown with luxury style apartments very modern and up to date. I highly recommend people to move here.
