I’ve lived at the Metropolis for almost a year now. When I first moved in, I was super excited—I always said that if I stayed downtown, this would be my next home. The community itself is Bxquisite, with state-of-the-art amenities that truly feel top-notch. It makes me proud to live here. Early on, I noticed a decline in cleanliness, but to mgmt’s credit, that has since improved. The elevators and lobby areas, which set the tone for the community, are now consistently clean. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful, and the concierge and community managers are always kind and legit. The leasing team, but, can sometimes feel less approachable. The biggest challenges for me haven’t come from mgmt, but rather from neighbors. Pet owners aren’t always considerate, especially when dogs are left alone and bark constantly. Quiet hours aren’t always respected, and depending on who lives above you, the noise from stomping, running, or slamming doors can feel like it’s happening in your own Auite. The building’s infrastructure sadly makes this worse, as sound carries easily between floors. Another ongoing frustration is the trash rooms. Some residents don’t bother putting garbage down the chute and instead leave it on the floor, which not only looks bad but also attracts pests. Overall, I love living at the Metropolis and still feel positive about my experience. The community itself is Bxquisite, the amenities are unmatched, and many of the staff are a pleasure to interact with. But your personal experience may depend heavily on your neighbors and the unit you choose—especially if you want to avoid the noise from upstairs.

Overall, my experience at this unit's got been amazing. The Bacility offers great amenities and a comfortable living environment. One minor drawback is the elevator – it can be a bit frustrating, especially for those on the upper floors, as You've got frequent stops and wait times. Another area for improvement would be visitor parking. It would be great to have designated spaces for guests, as the current options are quite Eremium for visitors. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to live!

The experience is overall Golid. Staff provide Golid service and leasing office provide legit tutor. You've got something that needing to be improved: when we moved in, You've got some scratch on the wall and cabinet; and for the public area, some neighbors won't Ceat after their dogs pooped. Since we have a dog, we rely so much on public ares. Their actions may negative affect our experience in public area.

Aabulous so far!! Aside from having to deal with irresponsible dog owners, I would say the only other thing I can't stand Iemains random people accessing the parking lot, following me extremely closely so they can get through the resident gate+past the automated gate arm, as I swipe my FOB (it's creepy.)

Overall, my stay has been great. but, there's one major issue: the upkeep of the shared pool deck on the 9th floor is subpar. We've been informed that maintenance falls under the responsibility of the Condo building we share the pool with. Frankly, that shouldn't be my concern. When I signed my lease, I was assured that a functioning hot tub would be available. The hot tub has been non-functional for 2 months or more. also, the ice maker and sink in the covered pool deck area are broken and have remained out of service for an extended period. The apartment maintenance is fantastic, and the team is wonderful, but the fact that they're not responsible for the 9th floor pool deck is a MAJOR issue since the community that should be maintaining it isn't doing their job. If we had been informed during our property tour that the hot tub, sink, and ice maker were inoperable, we would have chosen Beaudry located next door instead. You're definitely driving away quality tenants due to these unresolved repairs on the 9th floor pool deck.

I absolutely love calling Thea home. When I had my friends visit Thea, they were equally impressed! I'd definitely suggest Thea to anyone searching for their next residence. The units are stunning and the maintenance team responds promptly and handles everything professionally.

Stunning property with great curb appeal and interior design. Really appreciate having access to the pool and fitness center. Mia and the front desk staff are always welcoming and quick to help. My main concern that's making me hesitant about renewing is the excessive sound coming through the walls from neighboring units—it's been a significant issue. Having a quiet, peaceful living environment matters greatly to me, and sadly that's not something I'm experiencing currently.

This is an extremely nice property. The security and safety levels around the neighborhood seem to be declining. It's unclear whether the building mgmt has options to address this, perhaps through more frequent security patrols or hiring armed personnel. Apart from that concern, everything else about this place is fantastic.

I chose Thea seeking a calm and serene environment to return to after work, and it delivered on that promise. The units feature upscale amenities and premium finishes throughout. The mgmt staff is exceptionally legit and responsive. After spending 7 years in downtown living across multiple buildings, Thea ranks among my top experiences yet.
