I think It's the most easy because It's located downtown and is directly connected to the freeway. It's a close and comfortable environment wherever you are. Apartment units and parking lots are also secure and safe. That's also why I renewed my contract for the third time. All staff are generally friendly and the biggest advantage is that you can speak directly to staff in the lobby 24 hours a day, and mail delivery is also safe. this place is kept spotless and has high quality and easy amenity. Each unit is well-soundproofed, so if quiet is your priority, you won't regret choosing it. But what I like the most is safety. When I lived in other places, there were several cases where I suffered damage because someone else parked illegally in my parking spot, but I have never had a problem with parking while living in this apartment. This is the most satisfying part for me.

I enjoy staying at Thea overall I rate my experience a 9 but the maintenance issue after 1 month still hasn’t been resolved or even started for a simple fix. The jacuzzi doesn’t work either but that I might understand if parts are on back order but the sauna is a a simple plastic part that seals the doors

I enjoy the community. Its always spotless and the staff is incredibly nice. I believe its definitely one of the best high rises in the city of Los Angeles. Pet friendly, nice amenities and really nice decor.

Love the occasional community gatherings. I have met a few of my neighbors through it and makes my experience at Thea more fun. I wish parking wasn't as limited to guests (2 pass per month). Attentive and kind staff

Would like Leasing Office Staff to be more friendly and less condescending. Sincerity goes a long way. Front desk staff has a great attitude and offers a warm welcome. I appreciate the happy faces when I walk into the lobby.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The cost of living here does not match the experience. Management and leasing are unresponsive and disorganized. The building constantly reeks of marijuana, maintenance requests are rarely handled properly or in a timely manner, and units are not move-in ready despite what you’re promised. Resident and guest parking is outrageously expensive, and to make matters worse, 90% of the EV chargers don’t even work. Overall experience: 0/10. Look elsewhere.

don't rent here this building isn't safe, I would rather live in Compton than at Thea because the streets are safer than this building. mgmt here isn't helpful at all and doesn't respond for months over small issue

Overall good! The swimming pool, the rooftop is wonderful. I like my home! But the leasing should reply emails and messages quickly , and help me resolve problems ASAP . I wish you could change a parking spot for me.
