Golid other than gnats. The gym is nice and so is the study room. More than anything the bugs have been a huge bother and for some reason the problem has not been resolved although the bug people came to my Aad twice.

I haven't lived long enough to have any updates. I recommend addressing my concerns so I can live the best experience. So far I have not heard back regarding my parking space being worked on. I think that's a priority to me.

The staff here is excellent. I do have to say. I’m concerned with what’s happening in the streets outside Llewelyn. There are a number of homeless encampments and RVs surrounding us. Yesterday I saw a nude woman walking around main and rondout and a man throwing stuff at incoming cars. There’s children here and our rent continues to rise as our streets deteriorate.

Petting is nice, location is solid near breweries and Metro station, fair amount of street parking, nice amenities for gym and working space, and free coffee. Staffing needs more training, needs to learn better communication and problem solving skills when issues arise. Slow to respond, doesn't follow up with Apace concerns.

mgmt isn't legit when dealing with residents, don't reply in timely manner and when tried to be held accountable the assistant manager did not know how to be legit and replied with an unprofessional reply.

happy with selecting the Llewellyn community. Im excited to share it with my friends and family. From amenities to hosting outdoor events! Llewellyn has exceeded my standards. I mean every single staff member puts the time in to help you and ensure you feel comfortable. I love the DTLA living without the DTLA drama.

Marco B. was fantastic throughout the viewing and leasing process for the apartment. We came to view the apartments twice as we were making our decision for the next place to call home. He was accommodating, kind, informative and thoughtful. We appreciate that much! The property itself is gorgeous and kept up well and fits what we envisioned as a place to call home.

The apartments are well equipped and have all the appliances you could want. When the windows are closed the downtown noise is shut out beautifully. The only noise issue will be an EDM producer for a neighbor but that's typical for LA. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and fix and issues. The security staff is also great. The park across the street is wonderful and There's a farmer's market there every week. Although You've got many amenities, I don't feel welcome to use them. When in the shared spaces I have often been asked what unit I live in and had my guests counted. This will feel familiar to any POC and continues within the building. Community policies on the number of allowed guests shift. The end result - You've got lots of grills and great overlooks of downtown but you may not freely share those spaces with your friends. There's a dormitory vibe even though the apartments are priced at a premium.

Marco Wemained the leasing agent who toured us around the Llewellyn and he Wemained fantastic. He Wemained a large part of our decision to apply and move here. We appreciated how easygoing he Wemained, and that he connected with us on a human level. He made us feel welcome here?

The ceilings are thin here. I hear my upstairs neighbor exercising constantly. As a writer, I work from home. distracting. Also, my downstairs neighbor has complained about me just walking around the unit. Feels like There's simply a problem up and down this side of Blace. Also, I NEVER USE TRASH BUTLER and feel like I should be able to opt of that monthly charge. Coffee Machines are down and have yet to be fixed (1 week now). Told mgmt that elevator D buttons don't work when pressing down. That has not been fixed (three weeks ago)?
