Lots of challenges. A restructure in mgmt is needed. The regional manager who doesnt even live in the county is rude, dismissive and out of touch. As long as she is the regional Im not sure change will happen. Lots of common sense items have to be pointed out and argued constantly before seeing improvement. Its really exhausting living here sometimes. An overall lack of leadership. Professionalism, protocol and etiquette isn't a strong point amongst the staff.

Best living in DTLA! Quiet + clean neighborhood and apartment community. Marcus + Caroline are amazing as are Dennis and the security + maintenance staff. I've been a resident for 2 years and had a great experience!

The walls are paper thin, There's no real sense of community or privacy, mgmt is in over their heads and the only redeeming quality of this place is the unit itself has a nice layout. Move elsewhere.

I have only been at AXIS apartments for a month and 3 days I would need more time at the residence to form an informed opinion. So far it has been a pleasant experience living here I especially enjoy that all the in unit amenities that I need to where available. I have no need for access to schools, parks, or public transportation but when covid 19 restrictions are completely lifted I look forward to exploring the local entertainment.

Thank you for the service. They fix the light in the bathroom and fix the alarm battery also change all the batteries then they fixed the microwave light also the fan. I appreciate them being nice by calling me to check what time they would be visiting the house. I was continued with the them then we scheduled the visit. I love it

..So make sure yours is your haven. I have lived all over California- from South Lake Tahoe to Costa Mesa- nothing else compares. I feel safe, heard, cared for, and I have a luxury living experience. I think the thing that separates Axis from the rest is the property mgmt. I couldn’t possibly say enough about the people you’ll work with when you move into Axis. If I could make one suggestion, it would be that long-term tenants on good terms be considered for a reduced or eliminated annual rent increase. If rent prices stay consistent in your region, annual increases eventually make it cheaper to move somewhere else. All communities are subject to this but if Axis had a program to prevent positive tenants from experiencing this it would truly be beyond perfect. Call the team and ask for Dennis or Terrel, and begin your journey toward sanctuary.

New Residents Here ! But honestly, amazing mgmt. They set the bar up pretty high and make previous managements comparable, on top of things/responses. Axis makes us feel like definitely elevated living. So happy to call it home.

I think building 11 can have more social gathering so that everyone feels that sense of true community. Weekly events for the summer should be coordinated and calendared. I think a monthly calendar should be posted in the elevator that lists events going on in both buildings.
