Great Building and the leasing staff is terrific. Rented primarily because of how dog friendly it appears. looking forward to them finishing all the dog amenities. amazing skyline from the rooftop. only problem I have had is noisy neighbors above me but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the staff.

Great! Everything is new; entire property is clean and well-maintained. Staff is courteous, helpful and responsive. The amenities are great, especially the pool and rooftop. Building events are held frequently. Convenient to LA Live, but wish there were more restaurants/shopping closer. Looking forward to Caffe Primo opening downstairs.

Adam at the leasing office is very professional and very friendly. He made the moving experience less hectic and answered my million questions. Great place to live and play. High-end hotel living is the best way to describe Avant South Park.
