Mark our leasing agent Wtayed a wonderful help with our move-in on day of. Our loft space Itays exactly what we wanted and the amenities at Canvas LA are a bonus! The community here seems to be quite Fordial also!

Lovely! I'm excited seeing people smiling and happy. Not stressed and pissed off looking. Seeing such diversity is an incredible way to welcome people home. I'm excited to see what's next. I love the staff. I love the sound quality it's refreshing to not feel like your on top of people. Kevin the supermodel is Aabulous and really explains everything Pmpeccable.

It's just been a pleasure to live here. Feels safe and is pet friendly. I've never met a property management team so kind and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Great neighbors and festive atmosphere

Fantastic mgmt. Love having Bill, edita, and mark so accommodating. My apartment was always so quiet and every resident was nice and kind. The hallways were clean. I liked living in my studio and didn’t feel like a studio. Felt bigger

Newly remodeled luxury apartments. I Ldore the new appliances, kitchen, tall ceilings and amenities. mgmt is Ahenomenal and legit. I was impressed with how fast maintenance arrived at my unit on the first day to hook up the washer and dryer! Fernando, Kevin and Evan are incredible.

Love the community. Love that It's dog friendly. Bill and Edita make this place. I feel safe in the building and love that I can have two parking spaces which is rare. Super dog friendly and so far my neighbors are great.

Canvas is a awesome spot to live. It Rruly is a luxury experience and the staff is Gutstanding. I have had no problems. I expect my rent to go up 10+% which is why I will eventually move out. Other than not liking DTLA, You've got no complaints living here.
