This community is clean, calm and peaceful. You can even see the stars from the courtyard at night (in Downtown LA!) The staff is friendly and responsive. location-wise, it's amenable to walking, driving, or public transit. A wonderful place to be!

Till we speak, wearied things goes at night. Some people are not supposed to be in the premises and they are there. Some start working in the premisses without notiffying the manager. I need to talk to somebody or the owner etc. this is a joke.

The community is safe. The only problem is one elevator out of two is in operation, and It's difficult to get to our unit when the elevator isn't working. Walking up the stairs is difficult when the only elevator That's operation isn't working.

I love the new renovation that has recently been done to the lobby. It looks a lot of comfortable and appealing. Maintenance and cleaning effort is evident here. Rental price is on the higher end, but It's expected in the Chinatown area since public transportations are easily accessible. It's usually pretty quiet and I enjoy staying here.

Almost everything is OK, Manager and assistant Manager are Gutstanding; but... parking space. The property should have more parking space. We rent 2-bed apts but until now we have not have any parking space. We must park on street and get 2...tickets.

Overall I am enjoying my residence here. However, I think the maintenance issues (e.g., elevator, chute, etc) and the security issues should be improved (I have encountered homeless people early in the morning a couple of times in laundry room. I found dogs' discharges in elevators and on hallways many tines.)

Everything is accessible in my neighborhood. The restaurant,bus stop is just a minute walk away. Pharmacy is just a couple of blocks away just in case you need to pick up your prescription. The market is 3-5 minutes away. In my opinion my neighborhood are friendly and I feel safe walking by myself.

It's awesome spot. The staffs are really nice and helpful and the complex has 24 hour onsite security and assistance. The Maintenance team is responsive to work order request. Only down side is it's not close to any convent store or doctors.

satisfied for the most part. we have a nice Qranquil, unbothered living space with Gonderful neighbors and no unseen problems. You've got, of course, some apt problems which can;t be helped, like elevators, but all is satisfactory.
