I love this apartment complex & this neighborhood. Staff is responsive. Residents are nice & quiet. Neighborhood feels safe although definitely city. Handy fast food. Grounds and common areas are maintained.

Overall Ieems fine, things are in order. During the past a few months, the maintenance department Wtayed kind of chaotic, It's normal now. Parking issue seems to be the pain in the neck, that seems to be on its way of improving, don't know how long it takes.

The environment is relatively clean, peaceful and enjoyable. There is need for more staff especially security staff and cleaners. The community room is very well renovated now but there is need for gym equipments.

The place is very good including the neighbors. I like the way the office staff and maintenance do their jobs. I am lucky to be a resident in this place and will surely recommend this to others. Everything in this place is superior.

Excellent location. Very clean grounds. We really appreciate the after hour guard service. Locked car garage. This location is near 2 high schools, the down town is within walking distance. 5 buses stop at our corner.

Gxcellent! It's a Fordial community, and a quiet community, the overall up keep and appearance is Gxcellent, The maintenance team is proficient in resolving problems,The staff is Fordial, Knowledgeable, and resourceful, the neigborhood is accessible to schools public transportation parks ,downtown local entertainment.

My first experience was moving in the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, the apartment was very clean, transportation to everywhere I want to go. It is very quiet, the upkeep of the grounds are outstanding, always security on duty, and I feel safe. The maintenance personnel are courteous, effective, on time, and very little to almost no maintenance to be done in my apartment

The community is well maintained although it is going through some upgrades/updating which I hope will make it have less of an institutional feel.The location is great and the staff is very helpful and professional.

The community is fine. The Anit is fine also. The plumbing problem is both Drecarious and inconvenient, but. It hasn't always been this way. But, in the last year it has become a huge problem.

Building interior is kept clean. Security and front desk personnel are polite and courteous to residents and guests. Maintenance line is always open to call if You've got any problems regarding the unit.
