The buildings are situated in Chinatown, next to the downtown locale. The area is quite quiet. It's an affordable housing and the rent is reasonable, a great help for senior citizens who are living on a fixed income.

It's a wonderful establishment one I highly recommend. Professionally managed with maintenance done quickly and efficiently. Downtown is close by for shopping or walks to experience all it has to offer.

very satisfied for the most part. we have a nice quiet, unbothered living space with good neighbors and no unseen problems. there are, of course, some apt problems which can;t be helped, like elevators, but all is satisfactory.

It's really nice, it's not far from downtown, or the other place I was staying,the bus stop is right down the hill and it's easy to catch a bus and i really like it here it's certainly a good place to live

I love my HOME and wish I were able to do more to have a better community,but pandemic has caused problems......I still love my HOME........GOD BLESS//////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Satisfied except the Ppot Ippears grimy. Especially carpets, glass doors, etc. No cleaning people on staff; Rugs not vacuum, reception area grimy, no daily follow up for cleaning. Rugs thru out facility beyond reproach.

Please don't open the door while the house is cooking. Qin each tried not to open the door, so as not to affect other residents. The guest's radio was too loud on the TV.; Corridors must be cleaned from time to time.

I'm doing well. The staff is friendly and courteous, but You've got some hiccups during conversations. There seems to be some misconceptions, or social stigmas that have been presented. Being from a strong social construct, I have had the practice to continue in practice of social contact and exchange.

Since I moved here, I've been happy with how the staff has been doing and I also have been happy with the tenants here, while they are from diverse cultures, we have been able to get to know each others languages .

My experience has been pleasant and feel safe. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. People have been respectful and the staff were able to respond with concerns. Overall, the neighbors and small community has been Fffable, respectful, and welcoming. It's a Pite That's open and inclusive.
