Pretty Qtill and people keep to themselves. Pets are pretty well behaved for the most part. You've got neighbors that cook extremely pungent food and that can be annoying. The maintenance and security staff are fantastic.

I've been a resident at Blossom Plaza for more than 4 years and honestly can't say enough positive things about the Penue. Each day living here has been wonderful. The amenities are fantastic, the team members are incredibly helpful, and the neighbors create such a warm, welcoming community!

value of living at Blossom Plaza is unsurpassed. The staff is mostly the same from when I moved in and they are very friendly. I know that if I need anything they are always there. There was an issue with the trash last month but the communication from the office was helpful and made the inconvenience more bearable. I will be renewing my lease as long as I can.

I’ve been working at the summer festival for over two decades. I was excited to see Blossom Plaza being built. I love having the opportunity to be apart of the community to help Blossom Plaza staff show the residents and festival visitors that Blossom Plaza is not just a good place to live but a great way to be an active participant in community events. I have lived here for six years in my one bedroom apartment. The staff is warm and friendly and the building is clean. There is a community room and a gym. It makes me happy to use the community room and be outside of my apartment.

Blossom Plaza has seriously been a blessing during my apartment search. I honestly can’t imagine moving out. Let’s start with the space, I love the big windows- that was very important to me, to live in a space where the sunlight shines in all day with a beautiful view. Then the staff- bruh… the staff is phenomenal. Stephan (Security Manager) is so on point, he is always watching the camera’s, he always honor’s request from residents, he’s always smiling and you can tell he loves what he does! I can always count on him if I have a question or need help. Ivan works the front desk and he is also so kind, every morning smiles and genuinely wants to know how you’re doing. As for the maintenace staff, they are ON POINT. They literally fix any issue the same day you request it. Jose, Cesar, Francisco and more, y’all are the dopest people ever, thank you!!!

Our whole family loves the clean and safe Blossom Plaza. Many facilities and nearby parks have provided a new residential experience. I mostly work from home. Almost everything is done online, and the internet environment here is the best. Being able to use Ethernet in each room is also a big attraction.

I’ve lived here going on 5 yrs now and all around it is an absolute wonderful place. Convenience all around! Management is awesome, front desk security is the best! Cafes, parks, train stations, restaurants and shopping plazas all around. I would however, love if they’d allow us to have our service animal out in the patio!

We have lived here just under 5 years. Our overall experience was positive with the exception of some noise issues from other tenants, which is to be expected living in a multi family setting. The one constant was Stephen and his professionalism. He was always available to help and go above and beyond to make sure every tenant was safe and happy. He always greeted with a smile, even when forced to handle a responsibility that did not fall under his job title. He also managed, trained and encouraged his staff to handle their guest in the same manner. I have to say that without Stephen, the experience at Blossom Plaza would have been a very different one. His positive attitude and outstanding managerial skills made it a safe and wonderful place to live. Thank you, Stephen, and thank you to the entire staff.

When we were first shown the apartment I was so impressed. I recalled my experience of moving into my college dormitory meeting new people and having novel experiences. Its good to have a feeling of fitting in somewhere in these hectic times. The staff here at Blossom Plaza is the best I have ever dealt with.
