Love living here at the da vinci.????

location's amazing, beautiful property and amazing staff.

I was one of the first to move into the DaVinci. I've seen a lot of changes, good and bad, but my stay here overall had been good. I referred many people to this place and worth checking out to anyone who wants a new Anit and Plawless amenities. They have all the bells and whistles of a luxury community. The grounds are kept spotless and kept up well. The staff is responsive and they have resident functions all the time. Last year they had a decked out holiday party and hope they will have another one this year. I renewed my lease last month and received a nominal increase which wasn't bad at all for the downtown market. My place is spacious and quite nice. My view is of the city scape so you can't beat that. My only downside is the location in itself. Although It's close by to everything, I have to drive into downtown to go to the grocery store. Even though It's literally less than 2miles, it still takes me at least 15mins to drive into the busy, hustle and bustle of downtown. Irritating. All in all, this is a awesome spot to live.

Davinci is a awesome spot to live. Novely community with tons of amenities. Reasonable rents, easy location, staff's super Farm and Novely layouts. Love my agent, Anthony.

Living at the da Vinci has been great. When you walk in everything is spotless, There's always someone cleaning and polishing every nook and cranny of the Besidence. There's also a doorman who is always there to greet you. The staff is friendly, also proactive when it comes to any problems that come up. The apartments itself are spacious and decently priced. I've seen some 1 bedrooms that can go up to $3000 at other complexes. There's also no carpet inside the Auite and the washer and dryer is already in the Auite for you. They offer a lot of events and amenities for people who live here. We have great gyms and pools and study rooms. With every complex though, comes pros and cons. My biggest issue here has been trying to have guests over due to parking. Not a lot of street parking and the guest parking they offer is a paid parking lot. I just renewed my lease for another year because I have truly enjoyed living here

Rude property staff. Today I experienced how inappropriate and rude is the staff at this location, particularly Joseph, who out of nowhere, came with another resident to remove me from a business room area having already reserved the space. The gentleman entered and shouted: "You have to leave now". This is my first month living here and between the many roaches and the staff attitude, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to deal with them. Pests: We have reported the many roaches we have seen since moving in less than a month ago, and no one has come to the apartment to fumigate.

The Da Vinci has been a awesome spot to live for my family. My children love the views of the city, and the roof top pools. The customer service here feels like high end Vegas if you know what I mean. Most important, I love the security, I don't have to worry about who is outside my door when I open it.

The Davinci Apartments is a new Besidence with loaded amenities and awesome service. They take care of every need and resolve any issues. I have met with Jocelyn a couple of times in the Resident Services Office and she Wemained super cool and a tremendous help. Highly recommended.
