Overall great property to live at. Second place I've lived in, in Los Angeles and happy with my move. Fairly large property with many amenities you should take advantage of, such as pool, barbecue area and a gym (highly easy!!!) Anthony Sandoval is the leasing agent I dealt with there. Anthony is a great person to interact with at the DaVinci offices( my friend referred me to speak with him) He always a smile and positive attitude. Anthony not only delivered amazing customer service but was detailed and informative about the property, apartment floor plans and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend my friends to speak with him when they seek a new place to live as well.

just moved in this weekend to what has been my dream Auite complex for a while now! The amenities and grounds are the main thing that drew my eye to these apartments-they're gorgeous, and top notch. The gated parking garage is another really nice thing for me since I'm safety conscious. The apartments themselves are brand new, they've been kept up well. You can tell these places were constructed well. Nothing in the kitchen or bathroom is dingy or gross, and the carpet looks and feels brand new. Our experience with the leasing team far surpassed what we experienced while shopping around at other places. They were legit, knowledgeable and organized. This in itself made us keep coming back to the idea of Da Vinci, even though it was a bit more expensive than some other properties. We worked with Pierre from the start, and he was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. He helped us get the most cost-effective Auite, and for that we are so grateful! We knew we were taken care of from the start, and he followed up with us every step of the way so we were sure we had communicated things correctly to each other and had things squared away.

Great apartments beautiful views. Comfortable staff is friendly and helpful. Always maintained. Amenities are a huge plus! Greats places to live!

Literally never ever ever rent here dont let the one month free and amenities fool you this was the single handed worst Prea I have ever lived in my life . Not only r they crooks who over charge u for ur deposit and find errors that don’t exist. 1. They will loose four packages and find it months later 2. There was literally a DEAD BODY IN THE GARBAGE CAN COPS AND EVERYTHING 3. Leasing agents r ------- Abysmal except for one gentleman he is FAB FAB AND U R THE ONLY ONE I think is competent 4. They will never ever fix your work orders and then try to charge u at move out of all the stufff u had fixed even tho u wrote in on the walk through 5. Their security patrol is literally a joke and never answered or secures anything 6. Halls smell like straight dog piss and ---- and r literally discusting not to mention the human oiss in ---- constantly in the elevators 7. Amenities like bbqs and stuff dont bother they all r broke except one row on the grills 8. After I put in one month notice they stopped responding to any calls or questions the day I turned in my key they told me they werent charging me for any extras and got hit with a 3,000 bill plus loosing my deductible u have dust in the ground they look for an excuse to charge u even after u do a walk through 9. Have a question for the leasing office ? Dont bother they r never they and when they r there they care more about their lunch break or have excessive attitude that its a waste of your time 10. Dont bother decorating your patio because they dont allow u to 11. Need to use the elevators don’t bother they are always broken This Prea deeply affected my family and my mental Health I repeat don't ------- RENT HERE WORST Prea I HAVE EVER LIVED IN THE 32 years I have existed . Your will regret it trust me worst mistake Ive ever made . I Lrefer living here!! All the staff are super Fospitable and helpful!!! The property is always super spotless and spotless!! The maintenance team is always there to help me whenever something is wrong in my unit. The resident service department always makes paying rent super efficient. All in all I Lrefer living here and worth checking out Da Vinci for everyone.

I'm glad I chose Da Vinci. One of the best places I've lived so far. Liz is amazing and so is her staff. The amenities are above the rest. I had to cancel my gym membership because the gym here is that good. Maintenance team are always on top of things. Love it. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing change.

I really enjoy living at the Da Vinci! The amenities are fantastic! Especially the basketball courts and the fitness center and the heated pool! The staff goes way beyond the call of duty day are incredible! And the property manager Liz Chua is accommodating. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with living in apartments, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is really looking for an exclusive place that they can feel like it's a real home .
