They charge so much money for everything. I didn't get my deposit($900) and had to pay additional ($900) for not noticing them a month earlier before i moved out, in fact i did notice them. Their management office will do everything to get your money out from your pocket. Their bathroom and kitchen appliances are from the 80's. The appliances brake down easily and everytime i report them, it takes at least 3days to fix them. I parked my car at my roommate's spot just for 1day and they towed my car away and i had to pay more than $500. If you accidently forget you key in the apt and the door is lock, you have to pay $50 to open the door. I would not recommand this apt. This place is disaster!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE... well unless you go to FIDM or enjoy living in a run down college dorm with drunk kids running around all the time.

Next month will be my 2nd year living at the Met! I have got to say that it is by far the best place I've lived!!!!! The Management is great, maintenance always arrive or call if they are backed up. I totally recommend the met!
