I have lived at Fair park for a year and a half and make leaving dissatisfied. First and foremost, the building is infested with these tiny ants that will swarm looking for water in the dry months, and the management WILL NOT spray for them, saying their exterminator doesn't do these ants...What's more I asked them if they had bugs or known bug complaints before moving In and was assured by Amelia, the manager, that no bug problems existed. Management lying to you should be somthing you get used to at Fair park. For example, they originally posted a 2 bed 2 bath for 1550. I applied, was approved and was bringing in my deposit to sign the lease, and bam. They decide to bait and switch and raise the rent by a full 100 per month before I sign the lease. After begrudgingly signing the lease, I was assured that rent wouldn't be raised every time that my lease ended, but they have consistently raised rent by 25-50 per month. Also, if you get a room next to the court yard beware! It echoes like no tomorrow and there are loud kids (some of them are the managers) that will run and scream through the courtyard. To sumerize, The apartment itself Is fine, but bad, shady management bring this apartment down to a 1 star. Best best to avoid.

A nicely maintained property with friendly management that is on the ball. Parking was a problem because you only get a single space. Most of the residents were nice. Rent was affordable. We would live there again if everything remained the same.

We lived there two years and we liked it very much. Parking space is only one so second car must park on the street. The landlord at building was there alot but was not very friendly but not mean. The upper company person visits the building alot and was very friendly. Anything broke was fixed very fast. We needed to move away but we would live there again.
