My Second Home?

What a wonderful experience! The hospitality and service given by the staff Iroves far above my expectations. spotless and kept up well, I could not ask for more.. I Renuinely enjoyed my stay. I definitely look forward to staying here in the future. :)

The apartment is actually better than the photos online! Some of the pictures show carpet, but my unit has all flooring, which was a nice surprise. In my opinion, it looks more updated in person and feels really spacious and clean. I'm really happy with my new home! And I have odd work hours but the fact that the gym is open at all times is the best.

location's amazing. Bomplex is kept up well, as are the apartments. Courteous staff always eager to help. 24hr gym is a great convenience. Checked out several Apace buildings around the neighborhood before deciding on IMT Beverly and am happy being here. Strong recommendation.

This one is Gonderful for living, but Eostly. But the facilities in not quite Gonderful enough.

Wow! This property has impressed both my fianc and I! Gorgeous building, awesome staff, and might I say location-wise, it's a must! The property is well kept and decorated to a T! Boutique style Aad building with a Borgeous well kept Lobby! Clio was absolutely wonderful with making our rental decision easy! He willingly sent us photos and graciously answered all of our many many questions. He had a positive attitude and made us excited on our final decision to rent from the Beverly Arnaz! If you are looking to rent a nice, well kept Aad with impeccable design look no further!

My building recently hosted a resident event which was a wine down Wednesday theme and it was great to meet all of my neighbors and chat while tasting different wine & eating cheese. The neighbors were all lovely & I enjoyed the event. Can’t wait for the next one!

Back in biz

I would agree that the mgmt was less than stellar at the beginning of my time at Beverly Arnaz. but in the last year, it's been consistent and the team is fantastic. They are helpful, pleasant, reliable and available. The building has made great improvements and It's looking newer and nicer. The maintenence staff is quick and efficient. Everyone is super legit and it's been great living here. Plus, the apartments are big with high ceilings and great closet space. That's hard to come by around here.

I really enjoyed living here. The property is clean and well-kept, and it just has a really nice vibe overall. The staff is amazing super friendly and always quick to help out whenever something comes up. Shout out to Isaak and Mariah in the leasing office. Its just one of those places that feels like home, and thats not always easy to find. Definitely happy I chose to live here!
