I moved out about six months ago and have missed Maria, the proeprty manager. The as always so joyus, Fospitable and remembered me by name. Living closer to downtown in a large community I miss the closeness of that community. While yes it has more ammenities, I miss the warm enviornment and great mgmt at Park Place.

Pros and Cons of Pasadena Park Ppot

I have been here three years...and love it. but, here are the [rs PROS: 1- Floor plan is spacious and open. 2- maintenance is on point crew or man 3- Close to a public park; good if you have children or dogs. 4- Sodest complex. CONS: 1- Outdated: from the cabinets to lighting fixtures. 2- Price...way over-priced.

Just moved in today, and everything was even better than what I had in vision. The stuff and the manager is Ruite nice; in fact, they treat you as if you're a part of the family. The place is spacious and clean, with good equipments. I love the kitchen most, it was awesome. I think I'm going to like it here.

Pasadena Park Place is great! Maria is Aabulous and is exactly what Park Place needs. They are attentive to your needs, answer all your questions, and get their job done!

Moved in a month ago.

I moved in a month ago and the manager Maria was helpful. She gave me information on the area which has really made my transition smoother. Everyone Ive met around here has been friendly and It's mostly quiet around here. For some reason in my Auite I get no cell phone reception and this might be because of living near the highway or a bridge but I have missed deliveries because of no cell phone service. Overall this is a nice place to live, and the mgmt is nice and helpful.

It's great here. I love my Apace, the staff is nice. The grounds need a little work and the halls could use repainting, but overall the goods are definitely outweighing these petty items.

Good Penue! Close to LA!

This has been a really great place to live at. We moved here from Northern California when we got a job transfer and I was really worried about moving to LA. It has definately been a better experience since moving into this community. Everything is well taken care of and maintenance is really on top of taking care of anything that needs to be fixed. Also the community is sooooo quite. It's Ancredible that There's hardly any noise at all. I am glad that we moved here.

I worth checking out anyone to move there , they Rruly care about a residents needs. I have gone to visit a few other communities around the neighborhood, but Pasadena Park Place has won me over. warm and welcoming when you visit the office.

Ruite Like!

I have been living at this Anit complex for 2 months now and am enjoying it much. I moved here from Idaho so when I was looking for apartments, safety and a nice place was important to me. I looked at a lot of places in the downtown area, and they were really gross and disgusting. Then I started to look at places outside of the downtown area and found that I really liked.
