I just moved to California less than a year ago and when I came to visit The Verse Hollywood when deciding where to live I immediately fell in love with the building. Not only is the building amazing but more importantly the staff here is beyond fantastic. Andrea and Jacey have made living here a complete pleasure. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. They are incredibly accommodating and attentive. Walking in and out of the building I am always happy to stop by the leasing office to see Jacey and Andrea and they have made moving across country a joy. I also have a small dog and this is a very pet friendly building and not only do I love the staff but does my pup!

It's been a great experience all around. The Loft is perfect, neighbors are friendly, property is well maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable. The location is convenient and comes with 2 parking spaces. Pool, spa and gym. Works well for what I want.

I moved here in December 2017. Absolutely love it. There is always speed bumps no matter where you live, however, as little as a issue may have conspired the staff here fixes it quickly. Even after they will take the time to stop by and make sure things are going great. ANDREA AND Jayce are so friendly and welcoming everyone I pass them leaving or coming In our gorgeous front lounge area. Love it here!!!

I've been living at the Verse for almost 2 years now, and this review is overdue. It's by far one of the best apartment communities I've lived in! The main thing that makes this community so great is the staff. Andrea is by far the most attentive leasing manager, I've ever met! She's always willing to answer questions and help where she can. She also genuinely cares about her community. It's 2018 and you hardly see anyone put the time and effort into their job like she does! Jacey the assistant leasing manager is also fantastic. He's very attentive and one of the friendliest people you would meet. Adan and Mike the maintenance guys are also great. If you have an issue they get it fixed quickly, or will keep you updated on what it is happening with your issue. They pool and gym are an added bonus. They are always clean and Andrea tries to make sure that everyone is respectful(even if they have guests). It's a great place to live and while no place is perfect, I'm glad that I can call Verse home for now!

this place is beyond terrible , its better for you to stay away , drug dealers in every corner of this building , none the less the leasing manager office hang out with them even after hours , think you can hang out by the pool with your friends or use the gym ? think again , the lease manager office andrea is so bored she is in the building 24/7 to check if you and your friend there to kick you out trash in every single corner in this building? , sketchy corner , front of the builidng is full with homeless? people , its a none smoking builiding , however everyone still smoke 24/7 , parties all day and night , 0 security , had mold in my apt for over 6 month , mgmt refuse to fix it , till the health department mention they gonna fine them if they wont. you will be getting a notice every 2-3 days to enter your apt , you asking why ? just because ! as i mentioned andrea is there 24/7 checking on how to harras her tenants !

I'm leaving at Verse Hollywood for a year now and I'm so happy about it. Andrea and Jacey are always trying their best to help us and make us happy. Same for Mike and Adan, when we have a maintenance problem, they fixed it ASAP. For Christmas, they did a lot of activities and I can say that they make the best waffles!! haha Also, the building is always clean. During the summer the pool is so nice and at night we can do a little barbecue. H24 gym, couldn't' ask for more! I really feel blessed to find an apartment in this building because I love it!

Verse Hollywood exceeds my expectations of living in an apartment in Hollywood. The location is extremely convenient with a plethora of conveniences inside and out of the building. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I appreciate the services and interaction.

Great place to live, I have been here for several years and I don't anticipate moving. Highly recommend! Management is great and the location is ideal. If you're looking for a place, come check it out.

The apartment building is great and has a ton of amenities (24-7 gym, laundry on-site, pool, hot tub, mailroom). The building is kept very clean and the maintenance team (Mike and Adan) are very responsive and accommodating for tenants. The Community Director Andrea and Assistant Community Director Jacey are super helpful, professional, friendly, and do what they can to make sure the tenants are happy in the building. Neighborhood is perfect and less than a two minute walk to Ralph's!

Omg this apartment is absolutely the best! So luxuruous and always available to help its guests and tenants. I have lived here two months and i never want to leave. Heated pool and the gym is 24-7. Safe and secure is the biggest reason to check this beautiful property out yourself. Andrea, is awesome... keeps it real, which is refreshing. Jacey is a great and funny Assitant Manager. Mike and Adan are the most amazing maintenance staff. They're are friendly and helpful anytime they come over my unit. 2 thumbs up for the location as well. Walkling distane to EVERYTHING!!
