I lived in the building for over 10 year. The Manager David was fast to address any problems. It's in a great location, with excellent places to hike. The pool and BBQ outside are a bonus too.

I've lived at Le Baron for more than a decade and couldn't be happier. Beachwood is the best neighborhood in the city - lots of great things to do within walking distance and gorgeous hikes in the hills... The manager runs a tight ship - repairs are prompt, grounds are well kept, etc. And there's a heated pool so what more could you want?

I'm a long time renter at Le Baron and it has been a great experience. Great location; within walking distance of Franklin Village, Hollywood and Beachwood Village at the top of the hill. Great neighborhood, good (and safe) for walking and exercise and great views of the Hollywood sign. The building is very well maintained and all issues are dealt with immediately. Friendly and helpful manager. Most importantly, the building and grounds are kept very clean. Great amenities; assigned, secure parking, full kitchen, laundry and a large pool which is heated much of the year. Great value for what you get. Beachwood Canyon is an historic and well known area known to be a great neighborhood. Toni Moran

I have lived at Le Baron Apartments for 3 years. It is the happiest rental experience I've ever had in LA or NYC. There's a view of the famous Hollywood sign from every window in my apartment. I had new carpeting, fresh paint, and nice appliances when I moved in. The building is always immaculately cleaned, safe, secure, with quiet neighbors. The manager has always been nice and incredibly helpful. Beachwood Canyon is a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend Le Baron Apartments.

I HAVE LIVED FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR, ALL SEEMED GOOD UNTIL I SLIPPED AND FELL DOWN IN A PATCH OF OIL AND GREASE NEAR TO LAUNDRY ROOM, NOT FUN, ALSO LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A MOLD SMELL AND POOR HOT WATER, THIS BIULDING HAS TOO MANY CAMERAS THAT WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, POOR MANAGEMENT, THANK YOU

My roommate and I have been here for just about six months and couldn't be happier. This is my 4th apartment in LA and by far the best. The building management handles anything you need immediately, at any point in the day the entire building is as quiet as a mouse, and every person you meet couldn't be friendlier. Not only is this building affordable (we pay $1795 for a huge 2bed2bath), but it's secure, has great units, and a gigantic sun warmed swimming pool. Also, for a cool factor, you get a perfect view of the Hollywood sign from our driveway. Now the building itself aside, Beachwood Canyon really is one of the best kept secrets in LA. The top of the canyon has amazing hiking trails and views of the whole city. It's super quiet for being an LA neighborhood. And the best thing that nobody tells you is that during the summer, the Hollywood Bowl echoes through the canyon and you can listen to concerts just by opening your balcony door or windows!

LeBaron Apartments is a great option for those who want to be close to the action of Hollywood yet still live in a calm residential environment. The building is very well maintained and any issues or repairs that may crop up are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had my entire bathroom redone at the manager's suggestion (at no cost to me) and the end result was a big plus in my enjoyment of the apartment. LeBaron features a number of amenities other buildings in the area don't offer: pool, gas grill, trash chute, laundry room, elevator, gated parking, etc. If you are interested in living in this neighborhood, you won't find a better apartment building. I ve lived in the bulding for a year and I m so sad to go back to Europe. Let me tell you about my experience cause you don t want to miss that building! The location is amazing, with a nice view for a Hollywood sign. The neighborhood is very clean, safe and pretty quite(sometimes noisy) There is garage so your car is safe. The building manager is amazing, always there to help you no matter what, he always tries to fix everything by himself first without calling people who would charge you a lot for it. He fixed my sink many times:) The only problem is that the building is old and walls are very thin (I m used to something different in Europe) It s kind of expensive but you won t regret it cause you will have an amazing experience there, like I did!
