The units are very, very nice. Maintenance is great. Whenever there is anything needed to be done, they get it done within a couple of days. Premises are kept clean, neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet. Recommend highly.

The units are nice, but once your lease is up, they will only allow you to be on a month to month lease so that they can raise the rent on you almost every month. The landlord (who lacks basic people skills)will find any reason to squeeze more money out of you. There are a lot of hidden fees also, anytime they fix something, even if you didn't ask them to fix it, fees for parking spaces, etc.
