Delanie was wonderful. Answered all our questions and gave us a great tour. Very clean community with updated amenities. Great location with magnificent city views. I’d highly recommend seeing this property.

It’s been a great experience. No issues with neighbors and any time I have technical issues in the apartment (which is rare) Jermaine from the maintenance staff always takes care of it in a timely fashion.

Jermaine Woodard is simply the best handyman ever. Any problem I have had he has fixed it immediately. He is a people person kind and amazing wit animals too. A true legend. Thanks so much maintenance team

This complex is absolutely wonderful. It was very quiet which is surprising for the location, and the staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My tour guide Delanie answered all my questions and was able to suggest multiple styles of apartments to fit any of my needs. She was also incredibly friendly and seemed to really listen and take an interest in the people she's helping. We passed several workers who were all incredibly nice and offered greetings. The apartments are nice and there are a variety of choices which I loved! All and all it seems like a safe and friendly community and the employees seem genuinely happy to be working here.

I love living here, very cheap living for living right in the center of hollywood, the apartments are soundproofed so you don’t really hear any neighbors or cars outside. parking garage is very safe, packaging services are great, in home washer and drier, and staff is very quick to fix anything, my clogged drain was fixed within an hour :) love it here

Jermaine is a great guy and staff member! I always run into him in the hallways and always chatting away. He’s kinda, funny, and AMAZING with his work! I know that my roommate and I can count on him for anything.

Dryer was clogged. New maintenance guy came and tried to fix it. Didn’t work. Jermaine Wood then came in and did a great job. As he always does. Polite, tentative and knowledgeable. He always comes though. Great to have my dryer back.

My husband and I have been living at Sunset and Vine since the very beginning of 2020 and are so happy we moved in when we did. The building does community events, and even made them virtual during lockdown. The grounds are beautiful. And you can't beat the location. And maintenance is always here when we need them with smiles on their faces. Joel and Jermaine are the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure everything we need in our home is addressed and taken care of promptly. Everyone here is friendly, from the security team to the cleaning crew to the management!

Absolutely love living at this community. The apartments are phenomenal, the accessibility of the city and surrounding businesses and entertainment is extremely easy. We have the farmers market in our back yard every Sunday, great people, amenities, and an incredible staff of security, concierge, office, and maintenance. We have had quite a few maintenance calls recently and Jermaine Woodard as well as the rest of the staff have been extraordinarily friendly, skillful, and helpful. They respond swiftly and get it done asap. I would 100% recommend anyone to take a tour and rent in this community.

I moved to Sunset + Vine about 3 years ago. I moved to this area for the convenience and I just love this city. I feel like I am in the middle of here on Sunset and Vine. The security team are on point. I always feel safe here. The place is always kept up and they just upgraded everything to the hallways to the lobby to our new community room ready for any influencer to chime in. The maintenance is on especially on point. Jermaine is incredible, polite, professional and courteous. Even with all the newer and more expensive places opening up in the neighborhood, I am staying out for several more years to come.
