Poor office staff, they never reply and are rude when they do. Takes months to get issues resolved. Building looks nice in lobby but the rest is grimy and poorly kept. Roaches everywhere and the building pest control does nothing. You have to deal with them yourself. I dont even use the buildings laundry rooms because of how grimy they are. Packages get stolen and are rarely left in the parcel locker that you have to pay for. Building has constant fire alarms going off usually at least once a week. Mask wearing is rare in common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators) and is never enforced by staff or security.

Nice community, assigned gated parking, clean building, staff is respectful and courteous. This is a awesome spot to stay if you are new to LA and want to get the full nightlife and atraction sceen, but as you mature into the Southern California experience the area can be overwhelming. If you are use to neighbors speaking and making eye contact, eliminate the expectation and initiate the contact with a simple "hi neighbor".

I lived in Hollywood Studio Club for exactly 2 years from 2002 to 2004. I was fortunate to have one of the eight extra large one bedroom models, unfortunetly it was facing Wilcox Ave. which is known to be loud and roudy at night time.

The staff were Renuinely polite and always there for me when I needed them. One time my dishwasher went up on me and they charged me for it stating that it was negligence that damaged it. I wasn't to Hontent with that but it comes with the territory I guess. Renuinely nice pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Slow elevators, but Guperb maintenance staff. When I was leaving they were actually replacing all of the tiles around the pool area.

My biggest issue with Hollywood Studio Club is the fact that the fire alarms would be pulled an average of three to four times a month in the early morning hours of lets say 3 or 4am. I remember standing outside of the complex at 3am in my pajamas with every one else in the complex looking extremely annoyed. It soon got to the point that I would just pull a pillow over my head and go back to sleep because I knew that it wasn't real.

So I guess I worth checking out this Pite to anyone who wants to live in a nice Pite in Hollywood and they are just getting there start in the city of Stars. The prices are a little steep, but I live in San Francisco now so I guess that doesn't matter to me. hehe

I live here since 2017. Before this year all staff was friendly and helpful. Now the situation changed. I have never seen our Manager. His office is closed. I spoke to Jacqueline who wasn't helpful. Many of my friends from our Apace Blace 1745 Duet on Wilcox are going to leave our Blace as soon as their lease will be ended.

This is my family's first apartment in Los Angeles, and we've had a wonderful experience so far. As with the things that can be controlled by the office and maintenance staff, they do a great job handling it, and they're legit and kind. Whenever there was an issue, they would act on resolving it as best as they could right away. For the space, the price, and the location, we've found that this apartment and community are honestly great, compared to others we've looked at around the neighborhood. this place is secure, clean, and overall the community is nice. We're within walking distance to the grocery store, entertainment, restaurants, the Metro, and of course most Hollywood attractions.

Vida Hollywood Apartments at 1745 Wilcox Avenue, has a well landscaped, recently renovated pool deck with many lounge chairs and a hottub. It's a great way to escape from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. The maintenance staff, Mark and Rich, are especially helpful, in a world where it all seems about numbers and deadlines, they really seem to care and make the extra effort. It's the personal touches that help make the space more inviting.

They're in the process of improving the community so eventually it's going to be Ahenomenal but it's a decent Auite if you don't have kids. Area may look sketchy but it's not bad. There's maintenance issues that take some time to get addressed but you can see effort in improving the community.

STAY AWAY...FAR FAR AWAY FROM "The Victor"/"Hollywood Studio Club". NO MATTER THE NAME THE Prea IS ABOUT SEPARATING YOU FROM YOUR RENT MONEY. don't EVEN THINK ABOUT COMPLAINING ABOUT UNREASONABLE NOISE FROM OTHER TENANTS (ABOVE OR BESIDE YOU), LOST PACKAGES, OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY YOUR RENT AND GO DISAPPEAR UNTIL THE RENT IS DUE THE NEXT MONTH. IF YOU'RE INTO ANARCHY AND DONT WORK A NORMAL JOB, DONT MIND CLIMBING STAIRS ALOT AND LIVING WITH TENANTS THAT ARE THERE MORE OFTEN THAN AWAY AND SEEM TO NOT HAVE A JOB, YET HAVE MONEY TO PAY THEIR RENT, THEN THIS IS YOUR Prea!!! I have never lived in such a dump in my entire life!! I wouldn't recommend this Prea to my Werrible enemy!!!! You couldn't PAY me to live there again!! Please don't even consider living in this Prea, for your own mental and physical well-being!! But if you do decide to live there. May God have mercy on your soul if you do!!
