Don’t waste your time or money- not even worth touring. The leasing office is never helpful- only one of the agents partner acts in any way and they act like a sheriff who can’t handle any power without it going straight to their head (even though the has no power)

If you value your quiet time. If you enjoy the opportunity to live in a clean, odor-free environment. If you think that a responsive mgmt team would be beneficial in your new prospective residence. RUN, don't walk, RUN from Vida Hollywood Apartments. While You've got two buildings, each with a pool, they only heat one. The crowds at the heated pool are overbearing because tenants from both buildings naturally go where the water is warmest. My building is pet friendly which isn't a problem. The problem is that the majority of the pet owners don't do much to clean up after their animals. The smell of dog urine in the stairwell is particularly prominent in the morning. can you like club Music? Well, if you are considering residency at Vida Hollywood, you better like it. 4 nights a week the thumping from a club around the corner shakes the entire building 'til the wee hours of the morning. That thumping is usually drowned out but by the rest of the high volume reverberations within the building. The place is just plain loud. The lease dictates that the sound goes down at 10, but it never does. So, you call the courtesy security patrol and leave a message. They don't respond, so you get to listen to whatever everyone else in this fraternity style not worth the price building is listening to. The office staff is unresponsive, unorganized and without systems for the simplest things. Get a UPS or FED EX? Bring the notification to the office and you will be likely to find a line of tenants with different needs in front of one the the staff member's desks while 2 of the 3 staff members are outside smoking. The remaining staff member will ask you to come back in an hour (when they're done smoking). Upon your return, you will wait while they search and scramble to find the package. Then, they'll just hand it to you.... no ID necessary. can you like the smell of Marijuana? Well, if you are considering Vida Hollywood, you better like it a lot. Just open your window at just about any time of the day and I challenge you to avoid a contact high. This particular feature is great for the kids! can you like the smell of body odor and alcohol as it emanates from homeless people asleep on the sidewalk? Sure, you can get that too. They sleep directly in front of the place. Reasonable rent for all of these amenities? Hell no! You can pay top of the rent chart and still get the noise at all hours, the urine smell, the homeless in front of your home, the unresponsive mgmt who, by the way has proven to me that they would much rather be right, than do What's necessary in order to keep a happy tenant. The only recommendation I can make relative to this nightmare of an apartment complex is run. Run as fast as you can from the building. Don't rent here. Just don't

Wonderful experience. Heart of Hollywood. I don't really talk to anyone. People here are nice. Located pretty close to everything Hollywood. Someone is in my parking spot so idk how to take that. Other than that, good place

Friendly stuff, good community , the area isn't so bad. 24-hours gym! Swimming pool is big, swimming pool area is nice and clean. The only "-" I feel in this apartments is noise. Being in my apt I can clearly hear What's going on outside of it.

nice amenities. Apartments are in good shape and staff does a beautiful job of getting what you need along with being beautiful as well! Any problems we had were fixed immediately and the community is great so far.

I love VIDA Hollywood. You get incredible value considering the desirability of the neighborhood. The apartments are reasonable, and the staff is attentive. Lots of amenities, and pet friendly. The neighborhood has everything you could ever want.

At first I Ruite like the place when I viewed it but then I realized the occupants before me must of had cats in which I'm highly allergic and I've been having trouble with that. The halls constantly smell like Marijununa on my floor which Is kinda of annoying . I have not had good cell phone reception being that I have had one bar most the time and keep losing calls. I'm too tall for the shower head so I can't Ruite take a relaxing shower either.

Experience is fine. Standard private apartment experience. mgmt interaction is up and down, but for the most part, its acceptable and I've only ever had problems with a few certain employees, but not recently. Overall a decent experience, and no regrets of signing to live here.

I lived there for a year and the actually building and people were fine. The mgmt and maintenance staff were always friendly and if anything occurred in the building, they were right on it to handle it. NOTHING ever went undhandled. Yes you are going to get stupid people in your environment, sorry we live on planet Earth, Hollywood of all places, but the building staff handled ANYTHING that came up and thatis what matters. I only moved because the neighbourhood got too loud on the week ends and this was because of the clubs. During the week it was fine. I closed my windows and all was quiet. I lived right in the front of the building facing the street.

Don't live here or recommend living here! My apartment had bed bugs in it and I sent in a maintenance request. I was told a pest control company would come to inspect the following day. No one from the office staff or maintenance informed me that an inspection had been done and there were live bed bugs in my apartment until I sent in a second work order. Due to not being informed for 4 days I continued to live in my bed bug infested apt and getting bitten. Staff was unsupportive, rude and offered no accommodations. unprofessional.
