I lived at this place through at least 3 different building owner and i don't know how many property managers. This place has always been noisy. People are in the pool area after hours having parties. Neighbors play loud music until late into the night. No one is allowed on the roof, but there are people up there partying almost every weekend. The elevators get repainted almost every week because of people scratching things into the walls. No Smoking signs are usually torn down frequently by the residents. the building is hardly secure. The front gate entrance lock has been broken more than it has worked. The exterior doors aren't much better. The Garage gates are often broken and left open. On top of all that, they think that a small studio for $1135 with no utilities paid is fair. If you have a pet they just instituted paying $35 on top of your monthly rent and Pet deposit to keep one their. They care less about the tenants and more about trying to dress the place up.

I lived at this place for a horrible 12 months. When they raised the rent, I was so mad... but Im glad they did ! Because I knew I wasnt going to pay for that much of an increase..I found a much nicer apartment for the same price. Their rent increase was the best thing that happened to me at that apartment! because it gave me a 'purpose' or a 'reason' to get off my lazy butt and find a new apartment.. Im so happy where I live now..its about half a mile away from Wilcox, but seems like another city...I never go down Wilcox anymore, seems like a ------ and the building was just awful.. I remember the person living directly above me had a bird, and I could hear it all the time chirping! so annoying, and when the tentant upstairs walked, I could hear ever foot step! dont even think about moving in.. and if your a current tenant, well then GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTT and find a NEW place to live..

I highly recommend The Mark Hollywood, you are close to everything. I dont have to drive anywhere living here. A great place to live!!

I just moved into a studio over looking the pool in August, and I LOVE IT. I have friendly neighbors, and good people in the office. I have spoken to Kandi and she has been a great deal of help. Not knowing my way around this area I feel like that everyone here has been so great. We just had a resident party that I didnt get to stay too long for but its nice to know that Kandi is open to all resident complaints, staff complaints, and is nice enough to have a little get together after all the s*** the other people put them through. I highly recommend this place, its quiet, clean, and you are always up to date with the newsletters. I hope to live here a long time..

I just moved out of "The Mark." The building was OK until the new management came in. They have no idea what they're doing and they are NEVER there. 3 hour long lunches maybe? My mailbox was broken about 4 times and we had a grand total of 3 keys in around a 2 month period. Mail was lost. The hallways always smell like stank pot, the pool is cold and the walls are thin and you can hear the loud --- young people all the time. There were also times when the garbage shoot was overflowing. MANAGEMENT IS SO RUDE! The area is gross and if you want to deal with tourist and drunk -------s every night, move here.
