If there were negative stars, they would definitely get some. This is the worst living experience we've ever had. Our apt is infested with roaches since the first day we moved in. The on site manager is rude and incompetent. He has entered our apt multiple times without our permission, he hangs up on us, he blames us for dogs barking even when our dogs aren't in the building. It takes them months to get things fixed, we've had people jump over our fence multiple times, they said they would put barbed wire and 5 months later still no barbed wire. He made us give him money orders, and $1000 went "missing" so he wanted us to pay them again even though the money orders were in his possession. We are now being evicted because obviously we aren't going to do that. Peoples cars have been getting broken into, it's ridiculous. Don't live here!!!!!!!!!

I moved here about 8 months ago and the management was fine, my apartment was good etc. Ever since they hired Dwight, I HATE living here! He peeps into my apartment ALL the time. Ive had multiple people jump into my back patio and I told Dwight, and he has done nothing about it! I had to purchase a firearm for my safety, its ridiculous! The parking sucks! I saw multiple tenants move in after me who got a spot in the garage while I had to pay $10 a night to park in a garage close by. The manager Dwight eventually gave me a spot after I complained continuously about paying to park at my own home. He was so "nice" because he gave me his spot... that he didnt use because.. he didnt have a car. I cannot wait to move out! Lets put it this way, I had my attorney draft up a letter so I can break the lease without getting penalized. And they will be sorry if they contest it!

We have undergone multiple management changes in the last few years but I believe this management company is here to stay. They are great with working with tenants from what I have seen/heard, are responsive to maintenance requests and are putting money back into the building when they can.

Just moved in and it seems they are getting rid of a lot of bad tenants that I see running around all hours of the night acting like idiots, drinking and god knows what else. I see the police raiding thier apartments and taking them to jail now and then eviction papers on thier doors I think this is a good thing! The management is taking its job very serious and making me a better place to live. Its amazing how much the place has calmed down with a couple evictions and new ppl moving in that arent complete asses. Repairs are getting done on time, upgrades are everywhere inside and out. Right now this place rocks!

This is a nice complex, but I cannot speak for the new management. Macbeth Apartment Systems is not longer the Management Company and Raven is no longer the manager.

No manager on premises. Maintenance fixes your stuff at their leisure (my toilet was backed up for five days). I still don't have my mailbox key. Laundry room is almost always flooded. IT SUCKS. DON'T MOVE IN HERE.

We moved into Orange Towers apartments about 3 weeks ago and it is pretty disappointing. The Property Manager, Raven, comes off as really nice but you will never see her again after you move in. Bad credit, no credit no problem! That's how they get you! Although, the tenants that have lived here for years say that the property has really been improved I'm guessing it had to be really bad. When you do your walk-through be very thorough. Neither the dishwasher nor the AC worked when we moved in and there are all sorts of power issues in our apartment that still have not been fixed. The phone number that you call for help no one ever answers. The parking spot that they give you isn't even guaranteed. People always park in your parking spot and there isn't much the property does to enforce and make sure that people don't park there. For as much as the rents are I would suggest you continue to look don't be fooled by the great deals and bending over backwards they do to get you in.

I have lived in this building for 3 years, and I am finally getting out. Granted, I am almost positive that they are trying endlessly to get us rent control tennants out, however, that is not an excuse for all the crap that happens in the building. New management took over about a year and a half ago, and have made an "ok" building into a terrible place to live. The trash chutes have been backed up and locked to the tennants for over a year. Because the chutes have been backed up, there is a bug problem. Cars in the garage get broken into on a regular basis, and management does nothing about it. If there is a problem with something in the apartment...good luck trying to get a hold of the manager to get it fixed. Even though it is required by law to have a resident manager, there is no resident manager on site. I am so so glad to be getting out of there, even though under rent control, the price was right. But for them to charge what they are charging new tennants is absolutely prepsoterous....it is soooooo not worth the rent for what you get.

New management is ridiculous. Dont consider renting here, seriously. I have never seen such blatant neglect and mismanagement.

OK LETS FACE IT, THE MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO RUN OUT THE OLDER TENANTS TO MAKE ROOM FOR SKY HIGH PRICES FOR A RUN DOWNED APARTMENT BLDG. THE NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING, THEY INSOECT THE SMOKE DETECTORS LIKE ALMOST MONTHLY LIKE THEY ARE EXPECTING A FIRE. THE SECURITY HAS GONE FROM OK TO TRESPASSERS WELCOME. NO WORKING SECURITY LOCKS, UNDERGROUND PARKING IS AT AN UNSAFE HIGH. THEY ALSO RUN THE FRANKLIN POINTE APARTMENTS ON CHEROKEE WHICH I HEAR IS JUST AS BAD.
