It used to be an ok place to leave but anymore anytime someone good moves out loud and inconsiderate adult children move in. Ion the 2nd floor ’m literally sandwiched between terrible neighbors below me and above me. It’s like living below Shrek and Frankenstein’s monster. And below they’ll play loud music at 2 am on a work night. And management never does anything about it. AVOID for your own price of mind. It’s not worth it.

I always had roaches! They would crawl into my apt through my entry door! The roaches would also come from under the sinks, behind the stove, holes in the cabinets, EVERYWHERE! mgmt was incapable of controlling the roach problem. They would spray the units but the roaches would still show up! I would find termite droppings on my window sills. During the dry summer months, I would find lots of termites flying around in the apt. The hallway outside my apt always smelled bad. The pool was never drained or cleaned. In the 6 years I lived there, I never once swam in that pool. My car got broken into once. The garage is poorly lit and water is always leaking from the pipes above. Sometimes the garage would flood. I was young and it was my first time living in my own so I was more tolerant. Now that I'm older, there's no way I would live in that dump!

I don't recommend these apartments

You've got cockroaches everywhere! We can not get rid of them. The pool is never cleaned and doesn't look safe to swim in. You've got leaks all over the parking garage which ruins the cars and they won't fix them. The mgmt of this place isn't trustworthy. I wouldn't recommend moving in here. I just moved out and I am so happy.
