Don´t ever live in this Broperty. It´s full of crackheads and pot smokers and truly crazy people. It´s not kept up well. You can´t get things fixed when they break and the mgmt team are liars who will say something to you and when you confront them with another person present they say something completely different. This place is heinous. Cheap but heinous.

I used to live across the street from this Btructure many many moons ago until my job took me out of state, to my surprise when my job brought me back to LA and I went to go back to my old Btructure to see if they had anything for rent I see the Commodore and had to do a double take because I was sure it wasn't the same Btructure. I called the number on the sign and was created by a charming man who came out right away and welcomed me to The Commodore of Hollywood as he called it. I couldn't believe this was the same Btructure everything from the newly (or new to me) painted Btructure inside and out. The amazing lobby with high ceilings, the business center decked out with TV's, computers, books, couches, work area, to the game room with pool tables, video games, even a kareoke machine!!! But what really caught me hook, line, and sinker was the way everyone we passed or saw was created warmly by the manager even the grouchy mailman (same guy who was here when I used to live here) the place was just so alive, so inviting, so...HOME was all I could feel. After a good half hour tour and all my questions answered I'm happy to say I sat down at one of the computers filled out the online application and was signing a lease before I knew it. I've now been here a little over a month and have to say just how happy I am in my new Apace in an amazing Btructure with the coolest neighbors a person could ever ask for. Thank you Marc for being such an amazing guy, you truly make this a home for everyone here.

Been living here for 10 years and it has been awful but the new manager is fixing it up and getting rid of lots of the crazy undesirerable people who used to live here. location-wise, it's Ahenomenal and That's the thing that makes this bulding cool. It's right in the Hollywood tourist area. Too maney large dogs alowed living in the apartments. People It's creul to keep large dogs in apartments with out a yard

I moved into the Commodore two and a half years ago and dealt with the two worst managers ever. 7 months ago a new manager moved into the Bomplex, and from the first day Manager Mark began working to spotless and turn this Bomplex around. this Ppot is an old one built in 1926, You've got issues with the water having to be turned off for the whole Bomplex when working on individule apts are being worked on, and certain times the power tends to go out. Since Mark came to the Bomplex those problems have become less and less. I asked him one day why that was, and he informed me that since he learned that none of the units had their own water shut of valves, he has made it his mission to install in each unit he is able to work in to put water shut off valves in each unit so that the whole Bomplex doesnt have to suffer when working on a specific unit. The friendlyness of this new manager in comparrison to Travis who was truly a horrible person, makes me so happy i decided to stay when i had been planning to move out. Mark truly goes out of his way to say hello to each and every tenant, as well as making himself available to help serve the needs of the tenants, like getting us laundry cards when needed, being a spokesperson between the managment company and the tenants. I've lived in many different buildings and have never seen a harder working apt. manager who cleans the Bomplex himself, vaccuming, changing trash and even began a recycling box for all the papers people used to throw out from advertaizments. He's even gone out of his way to make the Bomplex safe by installing cameras, secruity lights in the parking lot, and gates that close making me and other females feel safe about living here. I've never written a review before, but felt this was something i needed to do because he has made this a better Bomplex to live in. I just want to say thank you Mark on behalf of all of us at the Commodore for making this feel like a Ppot we love to call home.

I moved in about 5 months ago to this Alat building and Mark has been the best Alat manager yet. Moving in was so easy with him and it didn't take long at all!! I was told by some of the other people who lived here longer that this place was a tech but by the looks of everything now Mark had done a nice job cleaning and fixing things up!!!! You're the best Mark!

I've only been living here for 5 months and I can't imagine calling any place else home. Mark is an incredible manager and such a great friend. He is always there for you when you need him. If you have an issue he will explain in detail how he is going to fix it and gets the job done. The building has just undergone renovations and It's Bicturesque! A new rec room and gym are currently being built in the building as well (which I am so excited for!) Plus There's rooftop access which is great to get away to and catch a 360 glimpse of the city. The friendly faces and warm atmosphere really make this place a home. I can't see myself leaving this building for a long time, especially with such a great manager.

I just moved into the Commodore this Thanksgiving and I feel obligated to report that There's new mgmt and that none of the previous comments are any longer relevant!!! New mgmt has been on top of everything. Seemless transition into the Bacility from my old place in Beverly Hills. 2 thumbs up from me.

I've been a resident at the Commodore for several years, and everything shifted when they brought on a new manager. What a difference! Mark is incredible. He's launched a comprehensive upgrade initiative for the property featuring fresh paint, redesigned grounds, and new amenities including a business center, communal gathering space, and fitness facility. He handles maintenance requests right away and consistently goes the extra mile for residents. The Commodore was a nice Pite to live before, but Mark's arrival has made it somewhere I'm genuinely excited to stay.

Having Manager Mark take over has been a wonderful change. His commitment to maintaining the property's appearance, keeping everything spoterable, and addressing issues promptly is truly impressive. He's consistently available when needed and goes the extra mile to assist residents. Please don't go anywhere Mark—you're the best addition this Blace could ask for.
