There are so many nice things I could say about this past 8 months living here. Okay, granted, I am a cigarette smoking bachelor and musician who plays the music a little loud. I've yet to be scolded other than reading a Yelp post, where someone complains about smoke and loud music...you don't want to be my next door neighbor, but, this place rox.

I've lived here for almost a year ... each month is an attitude from the young girl in the office. Neither office employee knows anything in regards to real estate legailty nor professionalism or customer service. Not to mention homeless people in the halls ways smoking cigs on the fire escapes, cig smoke coming from each propped open door in the hall way, and Loud music from most of the apartments. I'm currently dealing with the issue of my shower leaking to the downstairs. They have taken 6 days and are still not complete. Their option was to shower in the other unit down the hall....the one in which they had not cleaned from the previous tenants. Coming from a very clean and respecting family I expected my personality would be appreciated in this building, but as I am seeing they are more kind to the ones who pay rent late and the ones who know not a thing in regards to their rights as tenants. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone....there are cheaper apartments with WAY better secrity and office staff.........I am moving. THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART!!!!!!!!

i lived at the Harvey for 14 months. it was the cheapest I could find, and still be safe; utilities were paid and the deposit asked was low. It had a fridge, 2 stove burners, a bar sink and a large closet. Management is great. Anna and Julie and the maintenance men keep the place clean and make repairs quickly. Saved my life being there! Only studios but some of them are quite large and families live in those.

Besides that I would not recommend it. It is not really the place but the area, they only have studios there...so if your a bachelor it can pass. Otherwise if you have kids , this is not the place for you, only walkways and stairs. Parking is available for an additional price only and because it is on a main street parking outside is horrible!
