Could be better by following these suggestions: Please be nicer to residents, they treat you worse once you move in even if you are nice .. Major attitudes. Please fix the elevator that is constantly breaking Please offer simpler upgrades for your tenants in units that renew their leases they are old apartments with no upgrades and the rent continues to raise every year by the maximum amount allowed Most employees seem to have the same persona: I don't care about residence don't ask me for help and I don't want to get up off my seat and I will dislike you if you ask me for anything. It's obvious how much Rochelle Sterling cares can everyone reflect her dedication we see daily?? For prospective tenants: Expect rent to increase every year Know that if I ran this building I would fire half the staff no joke . The office is nasty. Your on your own! They do not care And very noisy because Wilshire front or back doesn't matter.

My parents live in this building..the good thing is, unlike other wilshire condos they aren't so stuck on a million rules and regulations..the bad is that the upkeep is not that good. Regarding the staff..most are super nice except for one ----- woman (the ----- one) she is HORRIBLE! Hates her job..so she is soooo rude and thinks her job is to sit and do nothing!

I agree toooo pricey! One staff member very stuck on herself. Overall outside yucky! Great size considering its an apartment. Very clean. I am considering living there. Liked that u could change things at your expense with approval of owner/management. Depending on the unit u can have a great view.

OLD OLD OLD. The building and the residents. My friends call it "Where Westwood goes to Slowly Die". <br><br>The building is less than impressive. Even from the advertisements it looks like a building in Central Armenia. <br><br>Moving out at the end of my lease term. <br><br>The women in the office have a serious bug up their behinds! Stuck up and RUDE.

Very pricy, but great building. The staff take care of everything you ask for. All very nice. 24 hour security, valet, doorman, and concierge. Only complaint is that the conierge does not know anything. Largest one bedrooms in the corridor.

I just got off the phone with a woman at the Sterling and never have I been treated so rudely by anybody in a customer service position! If this is a gage of how they treat people in general I advise all to steer way clear of this place! <br> For the record (if anyone from Sterling management is reading this) the call occured at around 2:50 PM on May 6, 2006. The woman did not give her name, she simply hung up on me. She should not be working there!!
