We are happy to live in the Rochester apartment. The manager is so kind and courteous for us. The maintenance technician alway fixes the issues of our room quickly. We are satisfied with everything. If you search the leasing apartment, we absolutely recommend the Rochester apartment.

I have been here at the Rochester Apartments for a very long time because it is a wonderful place to live. It is near shopping and transportation and the management staff is wonderful. I will continue to live here as long as it is affordable.

All staffs of Rochester apartment are gentle and kind for the residents. This apartment is alway clean and safe. It is very comfortable for us to live in. I can recommend this apartment for all people who is taking the survey of apartments!

This community is so far so good. Cleaning and quiet. It's safe. I like this one. The apartment looks like new. Everything is going well. It makes me relax. I feel goo in there. But the shortage is the a little experience.

The Rochester offers renovated apartments with nice layouts in a prime location. The size of the building is ideal. The management staff is very nice, but the owner appears to be solely focused on the bottom line, no matter what. They have raised rents so high that the building is now primarily very affluent foreign students who can afford to pay $4,000 for a one bedroom.

RW Selby is more concerned with the appearance of the building than the actually people who want to make this their home. There are on going water issues (several times in a month I can be without hot water) AND you pay for everyone's usage

This apartment is very safety, clean and comfortable apartment. There are many restaurants and grocery store near this apartment. The view from rooftop is very beautiful. I will recommend this apartment to someone who work or study at UCLA.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Rochester. As a grad student at UCLA, the location is great and I always enjoy coming home to my apartment after a long day. It is also nice to have fellow students and young professionals in the building.

This is a nice place. It has great customer service and high-level utilities. The district is beautiful and quiet. It is near UCLA. It has fountain and pool. It provides Daily Bruins. The manager is always with smile.

The area the building is in is quite beautiful. lot's of trees and greenery. There is a large park with tennis courts , basketball courts , community pool and soccer fields, plus an expansive playground for children. Police are quick to come if there is trouble. UCLA is7 to 8 blocks away and within walking distance.
