I've moved to LA from TOKYO, JAPAN. I think this area is very safe, and comfortable, good climate place. This apartment is very clean and has a lot of apparatus. I would greatly recommend this apartment.

It was so great living at Rochester! The management is so consistently friendly (Rita specifically) and I really appreciated the events that she had throughout the year. Truly worth living here just to have her as a host. Also, the maintenance staff is amazing! They're always so punctual and they never waste your time. I would recommend the Rochester to anyone.

Great place to stay. It has many stores around and just 5 walk minutes from the UCLA. The apartments are awesome and the service fast and professional. Just the rent are a little bit high. But anything else is perfect.

I have loved living here especially with the current management and will continue if the rent does not become unaffordable. I live on the 5th floor and this floor has mostly long term older people and that works very well.

Nice community near UCLA and Westwood. Expensive even for an expensive area. Rooftop pool is a very good feature. Apartments are comfortable and well-maintained. Some features could use an update, particularly the bathroom area.
