Be DTLA is just an awesome place to live. I think that It's overall the best deal you'll find downtown. The staff, specifically Emily, are the best. Definitely ask for her if you call, she'll walk you through everything with great energy and professionalism.

Honestly Be DTLA is an amazing complex from the first moment I came to visit for a tour. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Alan was simply fantastic as my agent. The buildings are crazy spotless and smell great on each floor which with being in LA is hard to come by especially considering being super close to Downtown. Love that There's a Starbucks and grocery store super close for convenience. My only complaint is about my upstairs neighbors stomping and walking really hard all day every day in the two weeks since moving in.

Be Dtla is a spotless and wellness focused community putting residents first. Though it still can use some improvements like parking, elevator proximity, and noise level reduction in rooms, I worth checking out the apartment community.

I wish the building more quiet and clean. There's an intercom only at the main entrance so units closer to side entrance still inconvenient when ordering delivery. Some units around mine always smoking through windows at night that I can't open the window because of that.

poor upkeep of the property and lack of creative attention to the asset. The package delivery system is poor and disorganized. The carpets, elevators and grounds are unsanitary and uninviting. At times im embarrassed to have company over

The dog urine and poo has taken over the general area of apartments. If its not soaked into the hall carpets, its on the roof top area if not there its smeared on our sidewalks. The common entrance areas on the lower levels are never pressure washed. The lights are burnt out in the walk way on building property to the street making it pitch black at night. The latch on building two doesnt re lock if you dont open the door so anyone can come in as they please. Smell of human urine in the stair well makes it in usable.

I'm satisfied with the Maintenance here. They are legit, respectful, they quickly respond. The cleanliness is average unlike when we moved here. The overall upkeep of the surroundings is diminishing. It's noticeable that the plants in the rooftop isn't properly maintained. The smell of animal urine/poop on the entrance at Lucas side is unbearable. Regarding the security, our package was stolen before and there were occassions when we left our footware at our doorstep and got stolen also.

The experience has been fair. Hallway always smells bad. I have found dog’s excrement many times while walking to my apartment. Even right in front of my door. Hallway smells like pee. Elevators also smell bad and usually you’ll find dogs pee. Lots of homeless around the entrances. Many times have been afraid walking in at night.

I have been at this apartment for about 5 years now and I have been satisfied with my stay so far. The staff are friendly and the maintenance are always on time and helpful. I like the amenities and they are well upkept.

Superb service. Best managed property I've lived in. All the staff, including the concierges, leasing team and maintenance are helpful. Any issue is promptly handled the same day. I definitely recommend this community.
