Having just relocated in mid-September, our experience is still relatively fresh; still, we're delighted with the leasing staff who have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout our transition. We hope that upcoming upkeep inquiries will receive improved attention going forward. We wanted to highlight a concern: on both occasions we visited the rooftop of structure two, we encountered dog waste in the walkway areas. While we're uncertain whether surveillance is in residence, this isn't something that should occur in a shared residential community like ours. mgmt should take steps to directly address this concern with residents who are not adhering to structure guidelines.

great positioning in the rapidly developing downtown LA district with great facilities. The mgmt team genuinely prioritizes tenant satisfaction. We encountered a minor concern with the leasing department initially, but after contacting upper mgmt they provided several options to resolve it. All in all, we were quite happy with how things turned out.
