Amid the pandemic, the staff at Be DTLA ensured that we would be safe and well at home. I am so thankful for Alan Armani, Daemeyen Davis, Josh Hernandez, Esteban Moroz, Trinidad Rojas and the entire staff and leadership for their hard work and dedication to residential mgmt and excellence. Just a few months ago, Daemeyen Davis helped carry one of our unit's requests with ease and professionalism. I did not have to worry about the process or the timing, and I was assured that my request would be completed quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled and resolved with the utmost care and consideration. They are true visionaries; and their actions, policies, and amenities reflect that in detail. There's a level of unparalleled expertise within their wellness-centered design and diligence. They consistently follow-up, are responsive, and make one feel like a valued resident. Most importantly, they are thoughtful, caring, and attentive. Communication and respect are a priority in this community. I also appreciate the wonderful fitness instructors who bring in the beat to several virtual sessions and make it our own unique class. I further extend my gratitude to Esteban Moroz for always going above and beyond in ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally while also exceeding every expectation. Esteban is an absolute pleasure to work with and approaches resident services from every possible angle exceptionally. I have great confidence that You've got amazing things ahead for Be DTLA's future!

It’s a mess. People leave dog ---- everywhere and the building doesn’t fine them…there was literally dog ---- in the inside hallway in front of my apartment door that didn’t get cleaned up until days later. Packages go missing or get stolen all the time. Parking is a nightmare. I wish I had never signed my lease/moved in.

Been here a month and it’s been great! Smooth move-in, helpful management, and fast maintenance. The community is clean, safe, and peaceful. My apartment is cozy and updated. The apartment feels modern and comfortable. Really happy here!

The apartment has potential to be even better with minor fixes like a better trash disposal system and a way to work around the internet installation. The studio in GR has the internet connection in the closet which may limit closet space and access to ethernet connection. Parking enforcement is improving as cars have been towed for illegal parking.

I am disappointed with security and some aspects of maintenance. I think the gym could be cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. In addition, there needs to be new yoga mats. I made a complaint about security and no one got back to me, which is surprising considering the issue was quite concerning.

Be DTLA is the perfect home , has amazing amenities, roof top with the best view of DLTA, amazing heated pool. There'sn’t much noise in my community everybody is minding there own business as well, security always going around building making sure everything is good

Its good but my neighbors downstairs always complain about me even if I just watch tv at home. I don’t know if it’s his problem or the apartment’s soundproofing issue. i feel really bad about this. Also, this year, the fire alarm often works on the midnight, it affects my sleep.

Good. The staffs were good. The neighborhood is nice and the safety is assured. The only problem I have is that the noise from the street can be heard especially in the morning when it’s too loud because of the sirens

Such an incredible property. First off the staff There's amazing. I've had the opportunity to work with Natalyt, and even before coming into the office she wanted to assure she can find a perfect apartment for me. The amenities are BEUTIFIL, It's a combination of modern and vintage all together. Location is just perfect. It's right over the bridge so you miss all the crazy DTLA traffic yet have such great walkability. I definitely recommend this place over any community I looked at. Great staff and great layouts, best of both worlds.

Be DTLa is an oasis in the middle of an active dowmtown. Its safe, centrally located and has bountiful amenities, bowever this isn't the reason we love Be DTLA. The WELLNESS cert is something that mgmt and ownership follow up with and is truly unique it made us more aware of own health and pursue lifestyles that would result in successful outcomes much easier. Living here we battled cancer and COVID and turned our lives around.
