This community in 80 % satisfy most of the people. Is clean and quiet, all the information are delivered in time. Apartments are nice and bright, with nice light kitchens. The most disappointed thing was that someone still my bicycle, and that was second in three months - zero help from the office. Another thing is that in summer you cannot open all windows, because people are smoking on the balconies. I informed office few times, nothing changed. Last one, which I'm really hate is my weekly washing, all those dirty washing machines - 15 minutes of cleaning, lots of damaged cloths.

I've lived here for 1 week, and so far I am very happy & safe! I was moving about 7 miles closer to work so my entire life has basically shifted, and I am so happy to come home to this place everyday. It's peaceful, quiet, and the vibe feels really chill, but not a bunch of partying which is nice since I go to bed early. My unit has a nice nature backdrop since it's on the backside of the VA. Lots of trees, a squirrel family hangs out w/ me and my cats, lots of birds chirping... I don't know how I got so lucky in the middle of Los Angeles!

Love West Park Village! My husband and I have lived in a 1 bedroom here for almost 2 years now and it's by far the best apartment community we've lived in since we moved to LA. The staff is friendly and maintenance always responds to issues quickly. The common areas are always clean and the grounds always look nice. The amenities are awesome - two pools, a hot tub, a gym, three laundry rooms, etc. The apartment itself is a decent size. No in-unit A/C, and we're not allowed to have window units, which is annoying, but there are windows in the living/dining area and bedroom, as well as a fan in the dining room. I would like the entire apartment to have vinyl flooring instead of carpet, but all of our floors were brand new when we moved in so I can't complain too much. The neighbors pretty much keep to themselves and aren't loud or disrespectful. Overall a very pleasant experience and we're very happy to be here.

West Park Village Apartments is really a nice community to live in. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly and the location in LA is fantastic. Moreover, it is quite well furnished with public transportations!

Very nice community and the office staff are great and helpful. They fix the problems right away and staff are very nice and friendly. Good thing is the office is in the complex so we can reach them quickly.

Great! I love living at West Park Village Apartments so far. Omar and Israel are so nice and helpful. Everything we need gets answered quickly. I appreciate how hard the staff works from security to maintenance.

Awful sewer leakage in my kitchen sink. They failed to address the problem the first time and it got much worse. The leakage lasted for hours and poopy sewer water was running through my kitchen. Disgusting and humiliating service. Total hygienic negligence.

The immediate area is not particularly nice or beautiful, but there are TONS of great restaurants and things to do just a few minutes away. Biking distance to UCLA campus is nice - as are the small gym and pool facilities. Very quiet, respectful neighbors and responsive property managers.
