It's been great! Susy is helpful and they were accommodating when I said I had a late rent payment. I can see myself living here for a while, the facilities are great and I really enjoy my time here.

It was good in the beginning, but since new mgmt has arrived, it has gone completely downhill. unprofessional and isn't good at there job. Omar, the new office manager completely ignores my calls and emails. I've tried talking with him numerous times about my flea infestation but he still won't take care of it.

Great staff and beautiful property! This is a nice place to live especially as a young couple. Thankful for Mon and Suzy and Suac and the rest of the staff! Hoping the gym equipment is fixed soon.

The staff is legit and thoughtful in helping you pick the right appartment, price and location within the community. I wanted a cover parking stall which wasn't available when I made application. Mon surprised at move-in with th Gxcellent news that she had secured a covered spot close to my Auite location. I highly recomend this community.

The complex is nice, quiet, spotless and welcoming. The staff is great as well as the apartments. If you have any problems, you can contact and have an answer within the day and if anything has to be fixed, it will be done almost immmedialy! The ammonities are great!I'll live for a year here and I am happy to be here.

Fantastic staff. Move-in was simple, well organized and extremely easy. location-wise, it's perfect for me for work and You've got a ton of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will highly recommend West Park Village to all I know looking for housing in this area.

i have just moved here and the staff was Fffable and they made my move easier . i rented it from new york and got it when i came to LA . the main thing i loved about it its the convenience to the blue bus to UCLA were i am a resident . its only one bock away . and you can bike there too . for the people who doesn't own a car yet thats Aemarkable . its spacious considering westwood apartments . if you have a car then thats another story . the electricity and the gas are included which is great . i live in a 1 bedroom and the first unpleasant thing i found was there were ants and worms coming out from the sink at night . the managment have an exterminator that comes on thursday so will see how that goes . the pools are good the gym is limited . they don't give you a parking spot with the rent but thats ok since i don't have a car

"You have to know where to live here" is a self-defeating statement, as we lived in a standard unit with randomly assigned neighbors. No, this Aad complex is riddled with major problems; please corroborate my statements with previous posts. West Park Village has a couple of things going for it: a location's Ancredible, and by virtue of being decades old all of its greenery has matured and provides a nice tree-canopied environment. We were looking forward to living there for a short period of time and enjoyed meeting with the low-key mgmt. But that's where it ended. The buildings themselves are poorly constructed, and the walls between apartments paper-thin. We could hear full conversations from neighbors on either side of us. On one side, the guy who stayed up all night (his living room facing our bedroom) drunk and laughing hysterically, and on the other frat-house pranksters partying and screaming until 3 am. Security has no authority to do anything about the situation, except "ask" them to be quiet. Although your neighbors can be different from unit to unit, the wafer-thin walls are a major problem. The sliding-glass doors are of the pooorest quality as well. Screen doors don't slide flush with the moldings. Things like that. If you get a unit without a window in the bathroom, ventilation is a serious issue. The miniscule fan is overwhelmed by any amount of steam and it will take over 20 minutes post-showering to see the mirror. This isn't too good for the paint either, but I'll save that bunker-buster until the end. I constantly had people parking in my assigned parking space. They were workers under the employ of West Park Village. After this happened three times, the manager suggested I get another parking space. That's right, you read correctly. Wouldn't just want to clarify to the workers that that they were parking in my spot illegally -- make it my problem instead. The apartments themselves are cheaply painted and the carpet is of low quality. All of the shelving is vintage, and has simply been painted over and over again. It won't withstand more than the minorist of wear (forget pots, pans, things like that) as the paint will fleck off with the slightest scrape. Now this is where we get to the real issue with West Park Village. After we lived there for six months, with minimal wear to the already cheaply-painted surfaces, they had the gall to charge us for a FULL REPAINT of the Aad. Slight paint issues in the bathroom due to bad ventilation? Our problem. Time to repaint all of those cabinets after years of use? Our problem. mgmt alleged we signed a waiver -- we did not and they could not produce it. They contend It's standard practice -- which after 15 years of renting I can assure It's not. As I don't want to have this review removed I shall refrain from writing what I would really like to. Suffice to say, West Park Village is well aware that we have moved out of state and will in all likelihood not be willing to undertake a lawsuit over the matter of a couple hundred dollars. And in closing, let it be known that the many, if not most units don't have A/C, and that the entire compound is infested with squirrels that dart across the roofs at all hours. It's "sort of" cute... No microwave, dishwasher... an awful oven that couldn't fit a standard cookie sheet. And ours wasn't the only negative experience. If you think our UNIT was bad (we had a top floor, bright, open floorplan) imagine having one anywhere near the pool area where every weekend a lady would let her howling son play in the water for hours on end. Plus it's a total rip-off. I'll let you be the judge.

its a bit expensive for a studio, especially There's no kitchen... but quiet and cozy to live. Most of the staffs are welcoming and always willing to help. Suat and Edwin are SUPER nice! I really enjoyed living in this apartment.

Ive had a great experience living at West Park Village. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick to address any concerns I have. The property is well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. The amenities are well-kept, and I feel safe and comfortable here. I highly recommend West Park Village!
