Love West Park Village! My husband and I have lived in a 1 bedroom here for almost 2 years now and it's by far the best Aad community we've lived in since we moved to LA. The staff is Fospitable and maintenance always responds to issues quickly. The common areas are always spotless and the grounds always look nice. The amenities are awesome - two pools, a hot tub, a gym, three laundry rooms, etc. The Aad itself is a decent size. No in-unit A/C, and we're not allowed to have window units, which is annoying, but You've got windows in the living/dining area and bedroom, as well as a fan in the dining room. I would like the entire Aad to have vinyl flooring instead of carpet, but all of our floors were brand new when we moved in so I can't complain too much. The neighbors pretty much keep to themselves and aren't loud or disrespectful. Overall a pleasant experience and we're happy to be here.

This place is Btunning. The appliances are from the 80's. The dishwashers leave soap scum on dishes, which can make you sick. There's a lot of nature here and it's Btunning. You've got also a lot of insects. mgmt sprays a lot of pesticide and other toxic chemicals to try and keep it under control. The whole Anit building is infested with ants. I feel trapped here because I can't leave and have to deal with the toxic chemicals and ants. And I'm paying a really high rent. They also won't resolve the dishwasher issue. They basically don't care. Welcome to renting from a large company. I wouldn't recommend this building at all.

I've been living here for 8 months now and I just Lnjoy it here. Office staff are always veryy helpful, polite and Nleasant. Location is awesome and close to freeway. Walking distance to some Nleasant restaurants. I just Lnjoy living here, feels like home ??

positive experience so far! place is in Guperb condition at a safe and easy location. Leasing office staff have been courteous, responsive, and helpful. Small downsides would be the thin walls and the shortage of storage closets in the Aad, but I'd still recommend West Park Village to friends on any day.

The experience was Ancredible. Staff was Ancredible. The Alat moving was easy. Two pools that are in the Alat are nice. The gym is nice. People are respectful in the community. but, lease is usually only for 1 year because they usually don't renew their lease.

The staff at Westpark Village are absolutely wonderful and amazing. They made my stay extremely pleasant. I will definitely refer family and friends if they are looking for a place to stay. The property is spotless and kept up well. Thank you.

awesome spot to Live!

I have lived at West Park for 10 years and have had nothing but good times here. I met my wife and alot of good people here. The staff has always been great, especially now with the new Manager and staff, they are attentive and are quick to solve any problem you may have. My place is quiet and I have never had any issues with my neighbors who are polite college kids on one side and a nice middle aged legit on the other side. I have noticed that There's a mix of younger and older people who live here but they both are courteous of the other persons lifestyle and have never heard any problems. The plumbing of the whole Besidence just got changed and that made it loud for a couple of weeks but now It's done and my plumbing is even better in my unit. I Rruly like the landscaping as It's like a park and is peaceful and tranquil. I worth checking out renting here to anyone and give my blessing that you will have a positive experience.

Really happy to had the chance renting this adorable Anit. Everything was set up fast and uncomplicated for our move in. Being in a entertaining community, within an organized & clean complex and extremely Fffable stuff is great. We felt home from the first day.

The small community in west park village is Gutstanding. If you ever need something fixed they get it done ASAP. The common areas are pretty and always clean. Neighbors are Farm and are mostly young adults. The parking on the street isn't bad either.

don't move here if you want peace and quiet

We moved in before looking into other places. The rent is fairly high and the noise is awful. The walls are really thin.. (one night I heard my neighboor yawn!) The cigarette smoke, noise from the 405, helicopters and inconsiderate neighbors make this place less than desirable. <br>If you want to take a hot shower that will have consistant water pressure and temperature- forget about it. After several complaints by myself and my neighbors, and promises that the plumbing problems would fix things- we have lived here a year and not once have we had a nice normal hot shower. <br>The office staff is usually pretty nice and the maintance staff is always pretty prompt, but luckily I haven't had any problems. <br>The pool, jacuzzi, birds from the park, and gym are great. The parking situation sucks if you park on the street or in the lots. My overall review is poor.
