Please see my comment on the first page, and you really need you improve your service and management skills to make tenants’ life easier. The location is good and convenient and the apartment unit is in a good condition.

For the prices that I got during Covid this is a very good apartment complex that is very clean and has great amenities. The 24/7 concierge is great, the package system is great, and the fact that the walls are thick is a big one for me (peaceful and quiet and don't hear your neighbors all day). The only downside is that it is in DTLA, not the safest or cleanest area for sure, but as far as DTLA goes, the South Park District G12 is in is not too bad. There's lot of things to do nearby so that helps.

Jamie the manager is horrible doesn’t explain anything to you . And is a rude ----- . And when moving in didn’t even have our apartment ready didn’t know anything about the job seemed like she was the front desk how she acted

Overall, my experience at G12 is positive. I feel a sense of home, community, and comfort. I hope to stay at G12 for as long as I am able to. I enjoy the shared spaces and amenities and the building management's effort to create a comfortable space for residents.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is safe and secure. The custodial and maintenance staff are outstanding--the building is routinely deep-cleaned and issues are promptly fixed. Convenient location in DTLA.

I am very happy with the cleanness of community, the layout of my studio, the size of the studio, the large balcony, and the decent level of interior finishes. my only critique which is quite a big problem is the impact noise. The wall assemblies are sufficiently isolating the airborne noise but the floor/roof assemblies are horribly designed in isolating the impact noise from footfall or movement of furniture... this is a big issue! It is either the design issue, or my neighbor upstairs is unbelievably uncourteous. If I ever discontinue my lease and leave G12, it's because of impact noise from upstairs and nothing else...

So far its been Great! The property is Clean and quiet. Friendly leasing and maintenance staff. Everyone is very attentive and accommodating to make sure my living experience at G12 is the best. I have no concerns at the moment.

Pretty good, clean, friendly neighbors, nice clubhouse, needs better barbell in the gym. Parking for guests is a little difficult because of the limited available spots and time allotment. Sometimes garbage chute doesnt work.

great community environment, everyone is always nice passing by in hallways or in elevators. Everyone is respectful of each other. Front desk is always there if needed for questions no matter how big or small.

I have felt harassed by the community management team. Some members have made false claims against me and did not apologize. I have been an exceptional member of this community and deserve better treatment.
