I totally agree with the smart person who moved out of this dump! I've been here pretty much the same time and to get the management to do repairs is like pulling teeth! I never use the laundry room because it is infested with roaches, the neighbor above me is very loud and inconsiderate. For the price I pay I expect different. I feel that the manager lied to me just to get me in the building and then he barley does any upkeep in here..I am seriously thinking about leaving this crap joint and take my chances with breaking my lease.

The unit had granite countertops and nice laminate or possibly even actual hardwood floors. We liked it but it turned out to be infested with roaches. John was the manager at the time and he was pretty nice. He let us out of our lease kindly after 6 months because we couldnt take it anymore. I also got parking tickets CONSTANTLY on Gramercy. Overall, I wouldnt recommend living here.
