Tenant Reviews for 230 S CORONADO ST Los Angeles

My biggest complaint are the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snoring and sometimes full on conversations from neighbors on Th e other side of your shared wall. I have never experienced this issue at any of the apartments I have lived in, in the past. I'm sure this is a deal breaker for most residents particularly on the grounds floor of the two story building. Laundry facilities are in the ally and usually out of order. I love the pool and is kept well, but again the noise in the area can be loud.

The current Manager (11/2011) is currently charging late fees for the grace period (per the rental contract). It is unsure if the manager is getting instructions from the owner? The manager is rude and is unwilling to give any information of the owner to settle late fee dispute. Anyone will to rent at Corondado sqaure should be firm with their late fee and request to speak to the manager's supervisor. This complex has poor parking. The Laundry facility is out in the alley and the appliances are out of order most of the time.
