I love living at Topaz. Never had any worry about anything. Amenities are great, personnel are always so helpful. Very clean as well. If I need any maintenance they are so quick to respond, and fix the issue. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Terrible complex. Terrible management. Terrible neighborhood. Roach infestation. Rodents near pool area. Not clean. Not secure. No response to emails. Emergencies happen on weekend (ex: getting locked out, someone parking in your parking spot) and there is no one to call because no one works here on weekends and they never respond to emails.

I've been living here since May of 2021. I moved here to be closer to work and I have regretted it ever since. The building is well kept, clean and has great amenities. That's where the positives end. Perhaps it is just my unit but the neighbors are loud and inconsiderate! EVERY waking moment here is a loud cacophony of music blasting, stomping and unrelenting noise. I am literally awaken all hours of the night with loud music blasting from the neighbors behind my bedroom who must have decided an apartment can also be a recording studio and utilized well into the hours when people are sleeping. I've told management and provided evidence of the sounds. They claimed to have spoke to the residents, but were told they weren't making the noise. Indeed the sounds are coming from them because it thunders on my wall and wakes me up at night, and I hear it during the day if I'm at home. Some days I try to remain out of my apartment indefinitely to avoid the noise. Management said they cannot do anything because of my word against theirs, despite the evidence I provided. I'm giving it one star because peace of mind from noise nuisances are paramount to any living situation. I have only slept peacefully a handful of nights here, and I'm going on month three soon. I strongly suggest anyone trying to move here to consider it strongly before doing so.

Been living here for almost 1 year and half and everything been good except my car being broken into . Maybe security for the garage that open 24/7 would be justice. Other than that. Everything is fine. Already had a friend move in but sadly had her bag stolen from her car.

The property manager is a huge deterrent for living here. Shes the worst thing that could happen Topaz residents. The one bright spot is Assistant Property Manager Torrie, she always saves the day! Im thankful for her, shes super warm and helpful and makes it easier to live here.

A smaller complex when compared to nearby apartments and lofts but I like it that way. Im able to go up and down the elevators without much delay. This is especially a perk when you have a bunch groceries or have a pet to take out. Ive interacted the most with Torrie from the leasing office and she has been a delight to work with. She is responsive to all my questions and concerns as a new tenant. The security and maintenance team are also friendly and helpful. All around a great experience so far!

Over all, I like Topaz because it's a smaller building = smaller community so it's pretty quiet here. Considering the location, it was a good surprise for me. Location, Low rate of rent, Super cheap rate for parking, and Amenities were the key factors I picked this apartment. I think I made a right choice.

Topaz Apartments is not only beautiful outside and inside, but the staff is also always super professional. Torrie, the assistant manager, helped my move in process go as smoothly as possible, and she always replies to my emails as quickly as possible which I appreciate so much. Honestly, I havent experienced any loud neighbors, and the complex is always kept clean as they have a cleaning staff here everyday. Security was a major thing I was looking for in a complex, and living here I feel safe at all times. Im so happy I made the decision to move in!

Nice apartments with great appliances and fancy shower heads. Clean building. Interesting area to live in if you dont mind a little bit of urban grime. The staff is courteous and nice. Building can occasionally get loud.

The community is good. Apartment is clean and tidy. The only problem is I can hear the outside noise which is annoying. I live in the north side of this building and the window view is bad. Anyway, the apparent has a reasonable rent.
