My first year here was the best one out of what is almost now 2 1/2 years, when we used to have someone on-site. If you have an issue, unless the janitor (the sweetest guy) is around, don't expect customer service trying to help. Lately, packages have been getting stolen, my laundry got stolen and they put SOME of it back when I left a note saying that I was going to make a police report (no cameras in the laundry room). Break ins into cars, the cameras in the lobby got painted in black and it took them more than a week to fix them. My package got stolen and they said they couldn't do anything about it bc the cameras were still with ink. Fire alarm going off like crazy every other week. Walls are so thin I can hear everything from neighbors - fights, tv, music, being intimate, babies crying. There is so much more, but Ive just been ignoring it bc it has great commute to my job. This was my breaking point, after having the same parking spot since 2021, they assigned it to a new tenant and gave me another parking spot bc the manager that was here before (whom I talked to), is no longer working with them, so the agreement I previously had is being dismissed. And "Josue" the guy who answered the call after my 4th time trying to get ahold of them and leaving a voicemail, was not helpful at all, also reacted very annoyed and rude that I was asking questions. I asked to speak w a manager and he said no. Like are you seriously changing my parking space after having it since day 1 and giving me attitude about me wanting it back? I regret signing the lease for a new year, if this is how they treat their tenants... We make a lot of sacrifices to be able to afford living in a "nice" place, at least treat us like you care about making us feel at home.

This apartment building is not concerned with tending to the needs of its residents. It is only concerned with leasing out apartments and getting you to sign. Be aware that they will guarantee you things to get you to sign the lease, but does not uphold its side of the bargain. I was shown an apartment that I liked, then was offered another apartment because someone else was interested in that apartment that I was viewing. I agreed to the other apartment as I was promised it was exactly the same (rate/layout); however after signing the lease, I came to find out that it was a higher rate and a different layout (no walk-in closet/ no sliding glass shower doors/ no mirror closet doors in the dining room. In addressing these issues, I’ve seen one of the most unprofessional and shady business exchanges I’ve ever experienced. Washers and dryers are constantly malfunctioning but will take your money. No onsite manager (only maintenance). Leaky pipes and cockroaches. Definitely does not match the standards of an apartment worth $2650. Very unfortunate how this apartment chooses to handle its business.

The apartments are nice enough, but the staff is incompetent. Any time the power goes out or there's something you need, they conveniently disappear and never answer you. Even in emergencies. I'm moving out asap

This is one of the best maintained building I've ever lived in and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Sheree is a pleasure and is very prompt in replying to any issues. Enrique and Willy handle the maintenance and keep everything in tip top order. The laundry room is the cleanest I've ever seen and made me say "Wow" the first time I saw it. Erin Hemenway

I love living at Tiffany Court Apartments. I can't say enough about Sheree the apartment manager, she is AWESOME. She always helps you with a smile. She is helpful and pleasant. The maintenance man is very nice also. I feel happy and safe here. The residents are nice as well. The location is amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance. Thanks, Sheree and Tiffany Court Apartments for making me feel at home in LA!

I lived at Tiffany Court from June 21 to December 13 2012, and have nothing but amazing things to say about the building. I actually rented my studio apartment without seeing it, I was moving from Miami to LA and didn't have time to go to LA and look for apartments. I'm glad I ended up at Tiffany Court! Sheree the building manager is the sweetest and most understanding person I have ever met. She really cares and takes the time to get to know each of her residents. You even forget that Tiffany Court is owned by a huge corporation. Sheree makes sure the building is always spotless. The laundry room is always impeccable and the free wi-fi and tv are a great distraction while you wait for your laundry. Any maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours. The parking is great BIG and SPACIOUS parking spaces which is great for people like me who are parking impaired. The location is amazing your steps away from LACMA and The Grove. Now lets go the the apartments. I had a studio apartment which was huge and I had a wrap around balcony. The kitchen everything was brand new and had stainless steel appliances. My only complaint is the bathroom, the bathtub is really tiny and I wish it was little more modern. I had to break my lease due to my rent price. Sheree understood my situation and really did her best to rent my apartment as soon as possible. Since I was rent responsible until a new resident moved in. There is always very little availability in the building so it was easy to find a new resident, it took less than a month. Truthfully I can't wait to move back to Tiffany court which I hope to do this year. The peace of mind and customer service make it worth the price.

Overall, my experience at Tiffany Court was a great one. I lived there for 2 years and everything about the place was great. The building maintenance was taken care of nicely and quick if there were ever any issues. Sheree in the leasing office is fantastic and always helped me out if ever there was any issues while living there. She deserves a raise!! The rent could be a bit cheaper. Overall paying $1,750 for a studio apartment didn't seem to make sense. Great place to live.

I've lived at Tiffany Court since 2003 and this is one of the best buildings and best locations to live in, in LA. I moved in right when BRE was taking it over as management and have experienced nothing but great service for what I am paying. The rent prices has gone up, which is expected in Los Angeles but I can definitely say that I pay for what I get. The maintenance guy Enrique is always so helpful and is always willing to fix or repair anything at the drop of a hat. I've had about 3 managers onsite since I've moved in and Sheree is one of the nicest, compassionate and professional out of them all. I am happy to see BRE is selective on who they allow to run their buildings. I have never experience any safety issues or break ins since I moved in almost 10 years ago up until this past holiday season. I was told by LAPD that the break ins were not only at this property but at about 7 total in the neighborhood. I know BRE had nothing to do with the break ins but i do hope the property gets surveillance cameras for future safety precautions or to help catch who's doing it. People should not blame the office staff for these things as unfortunate as they are, I grew up in Orange County in a very prominent neighborhood and can remember countless break ins and car vandalisms. Crime does not have an address and the recent break ins have nothing to do with the quality of the building here or staff. Outside of that, Tiffany Court is an awesome place to live if you can afford it and I would definitely suggest it to anyone who works in Beverly Hills, Hollywood or Downtown as I do. This is just my opinion and being a long term resident I know my advice can be taken seriously for anyone shopping around. Bests.

Stay away from this place! 8 car break ins in 1 week. This is the worst apartment complex ever with the most horrible management company. .This apartment has serious security problems but the management doesn't care. It's sad because it's a great location but this place has gotten so run down. BRE is only interested in stealing your money. It's pretty much ------ style over here these days but still paying those huge rent increases for this "luxury" building. It's SO UNSAFE here at night. The "security" guards that walk through the building (once a night), are scarier than anything you would find roaming in the streets. AND they always look high. The doors to the building are always jimmied open during the day and late at night There have been constant break ins in the gated garage. Hmm I wonder why. you should see what is hanging around here at night. I did say ------ style didn't I. Overall my rating is based on the VERY unsafe premises and rude, High rent increases and an extremely incompetent office staff.. one of the worst decisions I have ever made. If I could give this place no stars, I would. DO NOT live here. DO NOT TRUST THE OFFICE STAFF. I am warning you. Go to the tiffany court website and look at all the vacancies. That's because all the tenants are just moving out at this point because no one can take it here anymore.
