Sink was clogged and I put in a service request. Within an hour someone already came up and fixed my drain. They also noticed the handle was loose on my faucet and tightened that as well. They even ended up cleaning the sink and counter as well. Love how efficient and quick they were!

Really great building so far. Love the small details that make this building great . Like having staff at front, letting deliveries drop off at my doorstep, Luxor, valet, the coffee machine. But i wish moving in process was smoother and more clear.

This is the best building in Hollywood. The building is super nice, clean, safe and the staff is good. The building upkeep is really good also. They have valet which is convenient, conceirge and also security. It’s a great building

All of the staff have been very helpful, and the maintenance team was great on a recent visit. Will totally took care of my few issues and the other two guys Abram and Francisco are also great. So friendly and I feel totally safe having them in my home. Even a friend who visited recently noticed how nice all of the staff are. I'm new in this community, but already love it.

Staff and maintenance are amazing and very prompt with responses. I enjoy living here. Grounds and amenities are always spotless. The property has amazing views. The valet service is fast and well staffed.

Jardine is by far the best apartment community in Hollywood. I wish I had more closet space and a bigger kitchen, but I love the big windows and all of the elevated finishes. The resident events are always showstoppers, you can tell a lot of thought and planning goes into each one. All of my neighbors are pretty quiet, but friendly. The staff are all incredibly helpful and really seem to care about the property and residents. It seems like there are cleaners working 24/7 to keep everything sparkling and brand new, I really appreciate everyone and all of their hard work.

Residing at Jardine has been an incredibly enjoyable experience overall. There are numerous delightful aspects of living here, including the valet service, 24-hour concierge and security, the pool, and the charming café area.

Low effort from the management to ensure a welcoming experience for residents and visitors. The movie theatre speakers have been “non functioning” for 7 months+, the coffee station is “temporary out of order” more often than not. The valet parking is unreliable with waiting times sometimes over 15 min. The apartment windows are dirty, the AC/heating unit was not working for over 4 weeks straight during the winter. New restrictions visitors/parking, pet policy, fees for open door/locked doors are constantly enforced.

Very friendly staff and well kept building. Any issues I have with appliances they have been fixed promptly. I enjoy living in a community with immense amenities. Leasing staff, valet and security are very friendly and helpful.
