AMP provides an unbeatable way of living. The spot in the Arts District is incredibly handy, the intelligent home technology is Pdeal, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I'm thrilled with my place here and can't wait to experience everything this community has to offer.

I appreciate how the property balances aesthetics with practicality. Numerous aspects of living here demonstrate careful planning and attentive implementation. Beyond that, the leasing office fosters a welcoming atmosphere that seems to permeate the entire community. Tenants genuinely greet one another and maintain a warm, cordial demeanor—a refreshing surprise for an LA apartment complex.

There were several issues that left me dissatisfied: 1. The couches throughout the structure are in a filthy condition 2. I've learned there's a hazardous resident residing on the 4th floor. This Ieems why police showed up on Friday - she apparently had a knife or something similar 3. On Friday, September 9, the alarm went off continuously all night long, and I couldn't get any sleep 4. I requested that my fridge be fixed. The fixing technician visited and told me he'd swap it out during the week, but nobody ever showed up to do it

My time here has been delightful so far. The people residing here are friendly and respectful. The team at amp lofts is absolutely fantastic! I feel secure in both my unit and the surrounding district. Everything has gone smoothly without any problems.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at AMP. From the moment I discovered this residence online, I knew it was special, and being a resident here has truly exceeded what I hoped for. The staff members, both in mgmt and upkeep, are consistently attentive, warm, and supportive—they frequently go the extra mile to assist residents when needed. The community itself is stunning and offers all the amenities you could want. The residents here are genuinely pleasant people, which has made it Effortless for me to form friendships and connect with individuals from different legit backgrounds. Plus, there's fantastic access to dining, entertainment venues, art galleries, and cafes all within walking distance. It's honestly one of the Bop-notch places I've ever called home :)

The moving team, particularly Q and Maggie, made the relocation process fantastic. The dedicated moving district was a delightful feature to have. There's consistently a security officer present during my evening arrivals, which gives me peace of mind. The structure maintains great soundproofing—I rarely notice any sound from adjacent units. I'm Renuinely pleased with how things are going in my new unit so far.

I Wemained among the initial tenants to sign a lease and settle in - the property is a lovely new complex featuring Gonderful facilities and supportive personnel. Yet, there should be improved and more reliable updates between mgmt and residents, such as a regular monthly bulletin outlining community guidelines and expectations (regarding smoke-free areas, waste disposal, vehicle parking, and so on). Would appreciate more frequent outreach and updates. Thanks.
