I personally am a big fan of the location and how it’s tucked away just far away enough from all the noise that can come with being a DTLA resident. I’ve been living at AMP Lofts for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The building has a chic, modern industrial design, and I love how the units have very high ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light. It’s situated on the outskirts of the Arts District, offering quick access to the freeway and convenient walking distance to well-known restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms. It’s extremely quiet for downtown and feels safe. Management and maintenance have been friendly and helpful, and overall I’d recommend AMP Lofts.

at AMP Lofts everything just works, the staff is responsive and friendly, and the community is mature, kind, and welcoming. I have had a great experience here this last year. The location is also ideal, as I am within walking distance to nearly a dozen cafes! This is my new favorite neighborhood in LA.

My experience at AMP has been Ahenomenal! I feel safe and the complex is Cidy. I enjoy the amenities provided for me and love the community that lives here. I worth checking out living here. It's close to restaurants and shopping as well as exciting other activities.

I am very happy with the leasing and property staff. It was very easy to communicate with everyone and everyone was very helpful. They made my move in very easy and was available to assist with my moving truck parking and unloading.
