Please share my comments and concerns as this might be helpful in improving this and other Windsor property locations. It is Important that everyone lives in a location that promotes safety and cleanliness in all off the property and not just areas that are noticable.

Great community to live in, close to everything (I barely even need to use my car) and the office team is amazing. They know everyones name in the building (including pets) and have made it feel like home since day 1. The resident events are fun and its been a great experience getting to meet my neighbors and enjoy the benefits of living downtown. This is one of the first places Ive lived that Ive actually used all the amenities (multiple courtyards and roof decks).

Incredible staff, community/residents, building and location. This complex is very well ran and the caretakers work hard to keep it cozy, clean, tidy and fully functional. Francis and Jasmine are wonderful people. Any place in downtown is easily accessible from this location. Would highly recommend.

Windsor is a corporate apt management very detached from its residents. The onsite mgmt is excellent and Taylor is a champ. Small, daily maintenance is great but all the big stuff is just awful because it's controlled by corporate headquarters. Doors and gates are often broken for months.

Overall it is a clean and well maintained complex. The leasing office staff is very nice and friendly and always quick to respond with problems. The amenities are great and also well maintained. The layout of the units are very spacious and the bathrooms and closets are quite big.

The apartments are quite nice very high ceiling witch makes them seem bigger. They have hub amazon lockers which is awesome. The only two issues I really have is the parking situation( (the residents don't abide by the rules and part wherever and whenever) and a homeless guy seating by the computer area on occasion. Both situation are bit hard to control because well it is LA and it is downtown. Besides that everything else is pretty neat specially the staff (good people)

Olympic by Windsor has a great community with friendly staffs and tenants. I feel like the staffs are working hard to keep the apartment premise safe and the the property clean. I would recommend this apartment anyone who is living in dtla.
