The manager and staff are Nelightful and understanding. Overall, I Lherish the complex my main concerns is that the elevators are always broken down and take months to fix. It can be frustrating when you have groceries and need the elevator.

Nice experience. Felt safe and secured compared to other places. Good, friendly and warm staff. Good maintainence of the overall property. Maintenance staff is also good. Conveniently located. Cory and Arvin are cooperative and helpful. Good amenities too and shopping, transportation is easily accessible.

hate it here !! it’s needs a remodel also new management the place needs to be done over apts needs to be bombed it’s like roach infested and people with pets are just nasty it smells of cat piss everywhere. having your your package is delivered here is crappy or it gets stolen. This is the worst community I’ve ever been in.

We never received our security deposit back. I spoke to Edwin personally several times and he promised he would take care of it and still has not. I am disappointed as that wasn't their money to keep.

So bad,no maintainance! Is thos the so called luxury apartment,They increase with no improvements? Gates not secured,homeless comes in to get recycle.Outsiders comes inside the complex uses the pool.Too loud noise during the weekend,no curfew followed

Rent is Eostly but not satisfied with the cleanliness and maintaining the whole exterior appearance.. theres too many homeless at the front...... reinforce cleanliness in the Bomplex and time for playing basketball.

bad experiance with Parking space

This my 5th month of 6 months lease with chadwick and i still didnt get parking space. To day they called and gave me one parking space wken i went to park there some one already assigned parking there. Then i again went to office there they gave another parking space again i tried to park there some one again assigned. Then i went 3 rd to time for parking and again the same thing happened. So three times they gave wrong parking space. After that told they will if any one available later. I am really frustated. Can any help me to complint abt this service. I strongly dont recommand this apartment

Terrible can’t wait to move. It’s gross here and so many roaches. Exterminators don’t help. and Greystar doesn’t care. False advertised amenities, stolen packages. People who don’t live here use the pool and blast music. Terrible.

The Chadwick is an perfect place to live, conveniently located near frequently used community services and businesses, and kept up well and cared for, The staff are legit and well trained.

Yes, It's a Nharming property given all its amenities but they only sell you then when you are viewing apartments. Once youre moved in, frankly, youre on your own. I wish I considered the previous reviews from former residents of this Pite more carefully. sadly, now it would just be too much trouble to move.
