So bad,no maintainance! Is thos the so called luxury apartment,They increase with no improvements? Gates not secured,homeless comes in to get recycle.Outsiders comes inside the complex uses the pool.Too loud noise during the weekend,no curfew followed

Ive been living at The Chadwick since February 2021, and so far its been a primarily wonderful experience! Amenities and landscape are always upkept, staff and maintenance are responsive and helpful, and I feel safe and secure. My only issue, which is most likely to be anticipated at a complex of this size, is the cockroach issue from internal plumbing/piping. The issue is minimal (but unavoidable) with a clean space and closed drains overnight.

Overall, the Chadwik apartments have a high opinion, but they were spoiled by the presence of cockroaches in my house. I like the playground and the zone for active games on the territory, easy parking. But often you have to meet on the territory of the defecation of domestic animals. I think pet owners should be held accountable for this.

Roaches, clogged sinks, hot water that lasts for 10 minutes, high fee’s, my balcony is currently covered in plastic and no one gave us a heads up! Richard in the office is the most unprofessional, unhelpful person I’ve ever met and should not be the person who greets anyone at the front desk.

My experience at the community has been great, but just getting a hold on maintenance is difficult. Overall It's a calm community and everybody minds there own business and are super friendly with each other.

The complex is crawling with roaches and stray cats. There's human poop and pee all over as well. You've got multiple gates that require a key fob that are completely unlocked because the fob magnet is broken. People who don’t live at the complex get in because they are friends with the “security guard” who doesn’t really do anything. The complex is grimy but they call is “luxury”.

Not kept up well or managed

List of all my problems i personally see wrong with this place: 1) The pool area as far as I saw isn't following some of the california laws such as polls with body hook being near by the pool (i.e. http://www.cdph.ca.gov/HealthInfo/environhealth/water/Docum 22, Chapter 20, Sections 65501-65551.pdf) . . . Also for parents of young children, this pool isn't gated off so NEVER let your child out of your site for even a second!!! Theres 2 big pools and nothing keeping a child from wandering and accidentally falling in! 2) Know your deposit isn't guaranteed when you sign the papers during application process... it could end up as high as your rent! 3) I saw a couple BIG roaches on my TOUR of the place. 4) They dont guarantee the apartment you get will look and be remodeled as the one they show you. 5) The hallways smelled horrible!! 6) I got hung up on TWICE by mgmt staff 7) One staff rolled her eyes at me in disgust when I was discussing an issue I had. 8) I hear You've got tons of breakins in the community!!! 9) dont let them use your kid as an excuse to not get an apartment, if they do There's a law that will help protect you and your family. Me personally i recommend you find another place, esp if you have kids! I would give this 0 stars if I could!!! mgmt should never be rude!

Muy buena zona me encanta la comunidad los espacios la tranquilidad no hay ruidos todo excelente, lo que si deberían colocar mas alumbrados en zonas muy oscuras y el personal dr seguridad estar mas pendiente por que entran muchas personas de la calle, dejan la puerta de afuera abierta y aprovechan de entrar los de la calle del resto todo bien!

My experience with the community has been rough to start. From the outside looking in, The Chadwick is quiet, familial, and kept up well. but, my actual experience has been mired with disappointments. While I am happy to have such a spacious unit at a price point that seems under market, I struggle to settle in given most of my appliances are faulty, pest control is ineffective and a sense of urgency is generally lacking from the staff. This community has the potential to be great, but seems to be fine with just getting by and having disgruntled tenants.
