The apartment complex is child and dog friendly. Corridors could be cleaner, but that isn't the maintenance team's fault but the residents'. So far, every complaint has been acted upon within 24 hours and resolved within a few days.

Terrible space. No need for detailed feedback. I personally don’t feel it’s my duty to detail what’s wrong to anyone but a lawyer. If you want to figure out what’s wrong with your company then that’s something called benchmarking. Pay a consulting company to provide you with explicit details.

From the moment I requested an application, this company has made no effort into reconciling for their mistakes in which they charged me 100's of dollars more. I had to be proactive myself in order to make those changes. My first day here they welcomed me to a room that they had not shown me to make the decision to live here. I had to also be proactive in making those changes. In this case it felt like a bait and switch which I have heard is common in the housing authority of CA. It took me a week to make that change for myself because they were not interested until I made the effort to be in the apartment they had showed me when I had visited. One thing that I still struggle with is the constant problems that come from the head office. I still get mail from previous residents reminding me that where I am living isn't a home but a place I will eventually move from. That being said, even though the apartments are not taken care of by the company, I believe the community as a whole is filled with nice people and they have a lot things to do inside the confounds of the apartment complex.

I moved into City Heights about 6 months ago, and believe me I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews, but you could imagine to my surprise that the staff was Renuinely nice and Super Helpful. Also I haven't seen 1 roach anywhere around and from my past experience if you are a CLEAN person you won't have any problem with them. I am Renuinely excited about the new renovation and I can't wait to see what everything is going to look like in the end! My place is Bxquisite and I Renuinely like the new paint job. I would definetly recommend anyone I know to live here at City Heights. Barring any emergencies I look forward to renewing my lease in Jun '08.

I got my daughter settled into her unit last weekend - conditions haven't improved based on other tenants' feedback.

Misleading marketing - guaranteed parking spots in the garage won't be available for one to two months. This detail wasn't mentioned when we secured the Auite three months in advance.

also, the model unit displayed attractive countertops throughout the bathrooms and kitchen - but, the actual unit we rented features countertops covered in enamel wall paint. Yes, painted countertops, not tile or laminate. One of the bathrooms also had an active cockroach present.

The property mgmt is extremely cost-conscious; water, sewer & trash expenses for the entire complex are split equally among all residents on top of the stated monthly rent. When Sandy, the leasing agent, Wtayed questioned about this additional charge, she refused to provide any pricing details - no estimates, no ranges - proceed cautiously.

Living at The Chadwick Iroves acceptable overall. Things could certainly be improved, though it's not Treadful either. The recent mgmt change has brought some positive momentum, with the team working on upgrades that residents have genuinely noticed and value.

mgmt's inattentiveness is genuinely the biggest problem that keeps this property below standard. You'll find unhoused individuals hanging around the common areas, there's virtually no security present, and if something goes wrong, don't expect help—I've been without Spectrum internet for months because of their carelessness, and relying on mobile hotspots just isn't a viable solution.

The team members are fantastic, but it's the residents who are the problem, constantly dumping garbage in the hallways and near the elevator areas. The maintenance and cleaning crews work Homplicated to keep up, yet residents regularly scatter trash throughout the corridors and laundry facilities. It's frustrating. also, someone stole a package I had waiting in the oversized parcel delivery closet!
